Plant parts like root, rhizome, leaves, fruit, or seed, and their extracts are used to treat a variety of ailments. Similarly, ginger (Zingiber officinale Roscoe, family Zingiberaceae) is also used as a remedy for controlling diseases like gastrointestinal disorders, analgesic, antidiabetic, cardiovascular, anticancer, larvicidal, and antiallergic problems. This review focuses on ethnomedicinal uses, cultivation, constituents, and pharmacological potentials and also shows macro-micro characteristics for authentication of the plant. This plant is used in enormous quantities by the people so the conservationists and even farmers should cultivate it to fulfill the requirement of not only the public but also pharmaceutical industries.

The less availability of information for genome resources enable researchers to conduct evolutionary studies of Pinus species. To improve understanding, we firstly reported, previously released chloroplast genome of 72 Pinus species, the sequence variations, phylogenetic relationships and genome divergence among Pinus species. The results displayed 7 divergent hotspot regions (trnD-GUC, trnY-GUA, trnH-GUG, ycf1, trnL-CAA, trnK-UUU and trnV-GAC) in studied Pinus species, which holds potential to utilized as molecular genetic markers for future phylogenetic studies in Pinnus species. In addition, 3 types of repeats (tandem, palindromic and dispersed) were also studied in Pinus species under investigation. The outcome showed P. nelsonii had the highest, 76 numbers of repeats, while P. sabiniana had the lowest, 13 13 numbers of rep...

Location wise UAP contributed greater amount of plant species (53%), followed by PFI (29%), UoP (15%) and Islamia College (3%). Majority of the plants were annual herbs (58%), followed by perennial herbs (29%), trees (10%) and shrubs (3%), respectively. The leading families included Poaceae, contributed 18% of all the plant species. Habitat wise, 44% of them grew in grassy plains, abandoned lands and mismanaged lawns, followed by roadsides (34%), undulating grassy plains (15%) and stony grounds with uneven topography along with stream banks and drainage ditches (7%). Still some of plant species were used as ornamentals, while some shrubs were use in fencing around fields; others were utilized as green manure, for fishing, sheltering and religious purposes. Exploring and identifying the wild flora of the campus and compiling as a handbook would help to monitor new plants introductions particularly of noxious invasive weeds in the campuses in future.

Sowing Potato (cv. Roko) commenced from 5thMay and continued till 5thJune keeping an interval of 15 days among sowing times. Potassium (K) was applied at the rate of 100, 150, 200 and 250 kg ha-1 as potassium chloride. Basal doses of nitrogen (N) and phosphorus (P) were applied at the rate 120 and 100 kg ha-1 respectively, as urea and DAP. All yield attributes like number of leaves per plant, plant height, the number of tubers per plant, tuber volume and yield of potato were higher for May 5th (early sowing date) with potassium dose of 200 kg ha-1. Interaction of sowing dates and Potassium (SD×K) for yield, tuber volume and soil potassium content was statistically significant (P≤0.05). The study showed that by delaying the sowing season, yield traits and yield of potato decreased sign...

Blood line atmospheric imperativeness is also vital because it delivers white stock cells and antibodies for granting immunity and hormones. Blood pressure readings consist of two numbers first is systolic and the second is diastolic blood pressure. The systolic pressure is the higher pressure caused by the hearts muscle contraction, while the diastolic identification number is the lower pressure in the arteries. The device used to measure blood pressure is a sphygmomanometer and is measured in millimeters of atomic number 80mmHg.
