There are several issues in VoIP; the Quality of Service (QOS) is the most important one. There are many factors that affect QOS such as throughput, echo, delay, jitter, packet loss, bandwidth and delay variation. The effect of delay on speech quality in VOIP will be improved. The source of the delay is the buffer that already exists in the multiplexing node and also the process that can be done on the packets before sending them to the multicast node. This problem can be solved by using the proposed multiplexer –multicast algorithm that combine the data which come from several streams into a single large packet, where the packet that comes first is send over multiplexer for multicast. The result will be compared with original multiplexer-multicast algorithm that combine multiple channels into one channel, then multiplexer send all packets at the same time for multicast. We used OPNET IT Guru Academic Edition simulation for network performance analysis.

The suggested new method to detect outliers depending on the statistic DFSTAT proposed by Beasley et al. (1980) and modified the ellipse equation which proposed by Nacy (2001) and it also suggest three new methods to estimating these outliers according to the methods proposed by Nacy (2001) after modifying.

The effects of traffic congestion are concentrated on fuel consumption and environmental pollution. This work is concentrated on the study of the effects of randomized distribution of vehicles stops on fuel consumption and environmental pollution. This case study was conducted at a university campus were12 stops situated randomly around the university campus. It is clear that the optimal fuel consumption occurs at speeds 50-80 km/h, and from the study (according to stops situations) it is difficult to reach these speeds. The results of this study showed the location and number of vehicle stops had major effects on amount of fuel consumption and environmental pollutions.
Real Time Fast Algorithm of 2D DWT Based DSP Technology

In addition, to work at real time signal processing, we need to reduce number of operations as possible and to speed up the processing rate. These specifications are implemented via the merging and integrated of hardware and software environments in the overall system. This system is implemented via the combination of hardware and software components using real time processing. The implemented system demonstrates an accurate, fast, flexible and real time processing system.

Dataset preprocessing is essential to make upright result and effective performance. This paper investigates the effectiveness of using feature selection. In this paper we have been compared the performance between different classifiers in different situations using feature selection with stemming, and without stemming.Evaluation used a BBC Arabic dataset, different classification algorithms such as decision tree (D.T), Knearest neighbors (KNN), Naïve Bayesian (NB) method and Naïve Bayes Multinomial(NBM) classifier were used. The experimental results are presented in term of precision, recall, F-Measures, accuracy and time to build model.

Therefore, it became necessary to implement a proposal for being a suitable as solution not inconsistent with the different cultures, time and place, to reduce the risk of problem that represented in distinguish between real and fake currency. This clear through add the watermarks inside currency, which is difficult to be copied. At the same time, this watermarks may be visible to the naked eye so can easily inferred or it is invisible. However the high resolution imaging devices can copy these additions. In this research, we have proposed a system to distinguish the currencies by the program that working a submission inferred to the watermark by feature extraction determined the type of currency and its reality. In addition to, the algorithm (k-NN) determined category of the currency. Benefit of it, is reducing as much as possible the spread of counterfeit currency and this system can be used by any user wants to make sure of the currency reality. The proposed model applied on 100 banknote, the success rate was 91% and the failure rate was 9%.
