Os Estados reconhecem esse problema e procuram estratégias para o minimizar, tendo o tipo de estratégias utilizadas registado, ao longo do tempo, alterações significativas. Nesta senda, torna-se relevante conhecer, não só, porque é que os cidadãos incumprem nas suas obrigações fiscais, mas também porque é que tantos cidadãos cumprem as suas obrigações fiscais, quando as penalizações e probabilidade de deteção se consideram tão baixas. Surge, assim, o interesse pelas motivações associadas ao cumprimento fiscal. This study aims to analyze literature that reflects on prevention in health, with a focus on huma... more This study aims to analyze literature that reflects on prevention in health, with a focus on humanization and medium-and long-term impacts on the economy of countries and suggest future research that further expands this topic. The use of the SMARTER method to select the articles included in the literature review and choose the best alternatives presents a series of techniques and methods to support decision-making when there is a multiplicity of criteria. Through a systematic review of the literature over the past 41 years, articles were selected using the SCOPUS database, where 96 studies were analyzed after using the SMARTER selection criteria. The results point to the need to review and improve policies, interventions, and public activities that address prevention in health, with less emphasis on the curative approach and without neglecting economic and social facets. A strong argument highlighting the importance of the economic factor lies in the possibility of increasing participation in the labor market and combating social inequalities.

This study aims to analyse the recent literature on the topics of Covid-19 and sustainability and proposes to rethink and redefine sustainability with the intersection of human health as a fourth sustainable pillar. Design/methodology/approach Using the Scopus and ISI Web of Science databases, 119 articles were analysed in detail and classified according to concepts and principles for achieving sustainable development, based on the Brundtland Report, 1987. Findings The results indicate a high number of publications in the social dimension, with a relevant proportion of studies in the health sector. The Scopus and ISI Web of Science databases were used to select the 167 articles analyzed. The coverage of corporate governance research was centred on adapting the PRISMA analysis, highlighting the environment which corporate governance belongs to and analysis of the co-occurrence of the keywords used in the studies. Innovation may be approached as the implementation of new or significantly improved products, of ... more Innovation may be approached as the implementation of new or significantly improved products, of new processes, of new organisational methods for business practices and the local organisation of work or changes in the organisation's external relationships. In such contexts, the opinions of healthcare service users play a fundamental role in the reform of healthcare units, and especially in terms of economic efficiency, improving care standards and innovating in organisational structures and processes. This article studies the level of user satisfaction with the services provided by three healthcare units. The questionnaire, completed by 638 service users, features three different sections: the socio-demographic characteristics of users, the healthcare visit context, and finally the level of user satisfaction with the services received. Six weak points are identified and improvement in these areas would drive innovation in healthcare provision and the development of the respective organisational units studied.

It is, therefore, important to systematize the path that has been taken and what the future may hold. This article aims to systematize the literature that simultaneously focuses on the work-family relationship and on the context of social responsibility and sustainability, with the purpose of mapping the research that has been produced on these intersections. A systematic review of the literature was conducted between the period 1968 and 2021. The search was performed on the SCOPUS database, and the analysis was conducted using the VOSviewer software, with 333 articles having been identified and subjected to a bibliometric and content analysis. For this study, was used quantitative method and a survey was implemented comprising three questionnaires: one on leadership competences, one on communication styles, and one on with three criterion factors (extraordinary effort, group effectiveness and satisfaction). The survey was administered to a sample of 804 soldiers (30 Junior Officers, 81 Sergeants and 693 privates and corporals). É necessário, no entanto, estruturar e definir mecanismos de controlo no desenvolvimento das redes e das unidades própria evitando o oportunismo (free-riding) e a seleção adversa. Cada vez mais o comportamento organizacional aparece como uma área de investigação que é necessário compreender. Em todos os setores de serviços, especialmente os repetitivos e os de pequena e média dimensão, têm problemas na implementação dos mecanismos de gestão. Este artigo pretende demonstrar que quanto maior são os problemas de holdup e free-riding em sistemas de franquias, maior é a probabilidade de o franqueador fornecer aos franqueados exclusividade territorial. A exclusividade territorial é uma garantia para um franqueador que o retorno sobre os investimentos fixos de um franqueado não serão posteriormente considerados um descontrolo ou possam gerar falta de sustentabilidade do negócio. 1

Métodos: inquiriram-se 1021 indivíduos, com tratamento estatístico através de análise inferencial, fatorial e de regressão. Resultados: Verifica-se a presença dos determinantes sociais de saúde. Manifestam-se de forma diferenciada no território. Influenciam a percepção do estado da própria saúde pelos cidadãos e tem impacto na Esperança média de Vida. Conclusão: as condições de trabalho e em que vivem os cidadãos estão relacionadas com o seu nível de saúde. É crucial uma intervenção pública nesta área. A iniciativa comunitária LEADER é disso exemplo e tem sido apontada, embora com algumas limitações, como um êxito na mudança do status quo de muitas áreas rurais. O objectivo deste Trabalho será o de analisar o que se passou até ao fim de 1999 nas zonas de intervenção do LEADER II que coincidem com as NUTS Douro, uma região periférica do continente português, e das Regiões Autónomas da Madeira e dos Açores que, dada a sua característica insular, detém um estatuto de ultra- -perifericidade, prestando especial atenção ao papel assumido pelo investimento público e privado no processo de mudança para estes territórios.

Na metodologia inquiriram-se 1021 indivíduos em Portugal Continental, com tratamento estatístico através de análise inferencial, fatorial e também de regressão. Salientam-se como resultados que o facto de um indivíduo se considerar uma pessoa saudável não é independente da atividade profissional, condições de habitação, ou outros determinantes relacionados com as condições de vida. Através de uma análise fatorial consistente foram identificados um conjunto de fatores com importância sobre a gestão de saúde familiar. Como conclusão resulta que as condições de trabalho e em que vivem os cidadãos estão relacionadas com o seu nível de saúde.
