Ms. Fattouh is a Lebanese French researcher and administrator with a Master’s Degree in International Security and Diplomacy at the Higher Institute of Political and Administrative Sciences, School of Law and Political Science at the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik (USEK) in Lebanon.

Ms. Fattouh has been trained in Lebanon, Albania, Italy, and Tunisia, and has also attended coursework in France for a year in Political Science and Government. Prior to her graduate degree, Ms. Fattouh completed her undergraduate studies at Notre Dame University-Louaize, completing a B.A. in International Affairs and Diplomacy.

For the Lebanese diaspora, the upcoming 2022 Parliamentary elections will constitute the second t... more For the Lebanese diaspora, the upcoming 2022 Parliamentary elections will constitute the second time it will be able to cast their votes from their host countries. Still, more importantly, it is the first time since the beginning of the worst financial crisis in the country's history, that the diaspora can play a pivotal role in shaping the political landscape that might lift the country out of this. This year, nearly a quarter of a million Lebanese people living abroad registered to vote (244,442 voters) , making them an electoral force to be reckoned with.
