Project logistics and transportation has become a field which is rapidly developing and requires ownership in a separate area of expertise. The study analysis the risks, process and management stages that can be encountered with the investigation of the increasing cost and different risk factors along with the interconnection of the logistics area with the other sectors and the three main basic values of the project logistics and transportation. This study, in which the results obtained in case of good flow of the project in logistics processes are evaluated, makes a literature review.

değişimlere yol açtığı sorunsalı üzerine odaklanmıştır. Çalışmada
literatür taraması yöntem olarak seçilmiş ve lojistik sektöründeki
değişimin eğitim başlığı altında tasarlanan politikalar ile ilerleyebileceği önemli üniversiteler ve kuruluşlarda geleceğin meslekleri konu başlığında farklı meslek dalları veya yüzdelik değişimler
yaratıldığı bulgu ve sonuçları elde edilmiştir. Bilimsel açıdan,
bundan sonra yapılacak çalışmalarda emeğin dijitalleşmesi başta
olmak üzere doğacak yeni meslekler ve sektörlere de dikkat çekilmesi gereği önerilmiştir.

the worl... more Logistics villages developed first in America, then in Europe, and then spread all over
the world today are at an important point with the criteria of dominance and efficiency.
Turkey's first logistics village was opened in 2007. Currently, the number of logistics
villages open to business are 11. Today, logistics villages have a structure consisting
of a point in the management and planning of logistics activities. Logistics villages
that create effective and efficient activities have central functions while minimizing
their negative impact on the environment. The covid-19 pandemic has led to UPS and
downs in the economic balance not only in Turkey, but also all over the world.
Logistics villages continue to operate during the pandemic. In the variety of products
carried, some led to changes.
This study evaluates the situation of Halkalı and Izmit logistics villages that were open
to trade during the pandemic in the Marmara region with an integrated SWOT-AHS
analysis.
The first part of this study examines the concepts of logistics and logistics
management. The second part examines the concept of logistics villages and includes
all the major logistics villages of the world and logistics villages of Turkey. Taking
into account the data collected in the fourth section, integrated SWOT-AHS analysis
is carried out at the same time as the analysis of the situation of logistics villages. In
the results and Recommendations section, the numerical values obtained by integrated
SWOT-AHS analysis are evaluated.
Study: logistics highlights the strengths and weaknesses of villages and highlights how
opportunities can be used and what to do in the event of a threat.
