The changes occur as a necessary determinant for achieving this desired state that would assure the effective operation of the organization. Any change is followed by resistance by the direct implementers of the same (employees). The consequences and the final balances of such resistance solely depend on the competence of managers, especially in the phase of the initiative for change and leadership styles that same practice.

Organizational systems in the Republic of Macedonia, especially those in state ownership, reflect... more Organizational systems in the Republic of Macedonia, especially those in state ownership, reflect the state of everyday aging, although they are increasingly talking about rejuvenation and continuous development of the same. The changes that are practiced in them essentially refer only to structural-staffing actions of individuals arising from the ruling parties, without giving the opportunity to "free" individuals who, with their expertise, competence, integrity and party independence, conduct quiet, unobtrusive but at the same time healthy organizational climate in which employees will feel maximum motivated to realize the tasks that arise from their work engagement. The social climate that is present, and it builds the personalities of certain positions (usually positions of the second and third echelon of the state), is good only for them, given that the employees are not nearly treated as capital, but as a usable asset for execution of certain orders. The excessive need for power among these managers is the only motive that has influenced to accept the function of a director of a particular institution and from such a position it appropriates the right to be called leaders.

This attitude of modern states to doctors as part of the health system stems from the need to develop the same satisfaction in the work that would implemetiraat through his humane attitude towards patients, which is attached to complete individual quality health service. Such conditions create a climate in which the physician in its communication with the patient fully exercise its professional and expert knowledge, but also develop conditions for mutual trust and respect to patients by the introduction of assertive communication and implementation of his emotional intelligence. Social systems that their general health policy not based on these principles, contribute directly or create a health environment in which compromise the quality of the health service.

Teamwork means quality leadership which is essential for successful team leading. Basic foundation upon which is built the overall operation of the organization, are the functional culture and the "healthy" work environment. The organizational culture is a determinant that affects the level of motivation of every member of the organization, its development and way of its managing. Depending on its structure and valid items, it represents the basis for creating a creative strategy for the implementation of the mission and achieving the organizational vision. Good organizational climate means properly constructed communication, mutual respect to level of cooperation and unity both within the teams and in the whole organization. It creates conditions for creative execution of the working processes in conditions of reliability and it builts an opportunity for innovative behavior of each individual who feels the organization as an opportunity to build professional and career development.

It takes a wide spectrum of factors which affect upon the work of employees, which are very important about the organizational efficiency and effectiveness. In that context, very important part in the functioning of one organization, beside other factors, workers' motivation toke big part. In this effort the focus is set on motivational factors in the educational sphere. It is about one very important public activity, which has huge influence on the business sector, too. Namely ,the quality of teaching will depend on that how much are the teachers motivated, and according to it, the professional capability of the students as potential work force . With purpose to perceive which motivational factors affect, mainly on the workers' work in schooling in Republic of Macedonia, a research was made, through inquiry of 213 people from educational institutions. From the obtained results, it is very clear that there is a big difference between examinees about the motivational factors: confession, working climate in the school, etc. Data about the real conditions are defeated. Only 14,65 % (middle value2,78) from the questioned people think that their employers should make an ambient in which the acknowledgement from their work is real condition in everyday practice. Data show that 11,47 % (or middle value 2,72) from the examinees share same opinion that good working conditions are made by their managers. Only 15.04% (middle value 2,53) from the examinees think their managers create odds to progress and professional development of their work.

Teamwork means quality leadership which is necessary for a successful team management. In the theory and the practice are given a number of models for teamwork and team leadership, however, in this case the subject of this paperwork will be the analyzing of the model of team leadership according to Hill. According to this model there are two functions of team leading established: leading functions in the team and leading functions out of the team. In the first part, which refers to the functions of leadership in the team, are set two major categories: team leader's tasks and the built relationships and atmosphere in the team. In terms of the functions of the leader out of the team, the model focuses on two categories, namely: the functions of leadership out of the team, but within the organization and leading functions of the team outside the organization.

The contemporary methods used in education impose the need to implement frequent changes in the m... more The contemporary methods used in education impose the need to implement frequent changes in the methods and the ways used to realize the teaching content, as well as the other types of activities in and out of school that present a tool for betterment of the quality of the whole educational process which effects reflect on the development of the character of every student. These kinds of methods require, before all else, a big engagement from the teachers and their full preparation to accept these changes as a challenge, which on the other hand it creates a necessity of their lifelong learning and continuous professional development. The changes that come out of the contemporary methods during a teaching process more frequently imposes the need to develop the medial-didactic competencies of the teachers. With one goal, which the teachers develop to the required level, a teacher needs to have a "strong" mental model which will go in favor of accepting and implementing the changes as an opportunity, not only that but also as a mission that comes out of the responsibility of the profession that they have chosen to do.
