The aim of this research is to determine the influence of work discipline and work environment on... more The aim of this research is to determine the influence of work discipline and work environment on employee performance at PT. Prima Soeaka Buana. The research method used was quantitative. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling, and a total of 60 respondents were obtained as the sample. Data analysis included validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, and hypothesis testing. Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with a simple linear regression equation of Y = 23.668 + 0.465X1, and a correlation coefficient of 0.457. The determination coefficient value is 20.9%, and the hypothesis test resulted in a t-value > t-table, or (3.914 > 1.671). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan p... more Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. ISS Indonesia AREA WTC 3 SUDIRMAN. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh menggunakan dengan sampel sebanyak 50 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis.Hasil penelitian ini adalah Disiplin berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 15,102 + 0,625X1, nilai korelasi sebesar 0,661 artinya kedua variabel memiliki tingkat hubungan yang kuat dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 43,8%. Uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (6,111 > 2,011). Dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara disiplin terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Teknik pendekatan dilakukan dengan metode seminar dan simulasi secara oral dan menggunakan perangkat komputer. Hasil kegiatan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan peserta untuk mengidentifikasi, memanfaatkan potensi yang ada pada dirinya dengan penguasaan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi.

This study aims to determine the urgency of legal protection for children's rights from violence ... more This study aims to determine the urgency of legal protection for children's rights from violence in the city of South Tangerang. The focus of this research is on the role of the Integrated Service Center for the Empowerment of Women and Children, hereinafter referred to as P2TP2A, South Tangerang City in the legal protection of children's rights from violence. This study uses an empirical juridical method by analyzing primary data obtained from the object of research. From the data then analyzed to get a real picture of the data obtained in collaboration with the objectives to be obtained from the research. The results of this study indicate that in carrying out its functions and duties from 2012 to 2019, reports in P2TP2A regarding cases involving children (aged 0 to 17 years) show an increasing trend until 2017, only in 2018 and 2019 have decreased although not significant. Furthermore, the results obtained that in carrying out its role, South Tangerang City P2TP2A has made several breakthroughs to reduce the level of violence against children.

Brema Brata. Jenis penelitian merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dianalisis menggunakan statistik penulis menjadikan karyawan PT. Brema Brata sebagai populasi totalnya berjumlah 66 karyawan.. Analisis data menggunakan SPSS Versi 22. Teknik uji sampling menggunakan metode sensus dan teknik pengambilan data diantaranya uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik dan uji regresi linear berganda serta uji hipotesis. Secara umum hasil pengujian variabel gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja fisik mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja di PT. Brema Brata. Hal ini berarti hipotesis dapat diterima, karena gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Diantara dua variabel,pengaruh paling signifikan adalah variabel gaya kepemimpinan.

Griya Sukses with South Tangerang. The method used is a quantitative descriptive method. The sampling technique used was random sampling using a sample of 53 respondents. Data analysis uses regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis testing. The result of this study is that price perception has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a regression value of 0.564 and a calculated t value (6.444 > 2.008). Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a regression value of 0.512 and a calculated t value (4.887 > 2.008). This qualitative study explores the challenges and opportunities women entrepreneurs face in Suka... more This qualitative study explores the challenges and opportunities women entrepreneurs face in Sukabumi District, Indonesia. The study involved 15 women entrepreneurs who were selected using a purposeful sample. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, and observations. The study found that women entrepreneurs face various challenges, including limited access to financial resources, Lack of business skills, social stereotypes, and gender-based discrimination. However, the study also reveals that women entrepreneurs are a formidable resource and have ways to overcome those challenges by networking, acquiring new skills, and leveraging their social capital. The study suggests policies and programs that address women entrepreneurs' specific challenges and provide the support needed to grow and succeed.

Sumber daya manusia sangat dibutuhkan di setiap bidang pekerjaan guna menghasilkan produktivitas kerja sehingga dapat berjalan secara berkesinambungan. Hasil produktivitas kerja yang maksimal perlu didukung dengan adanya sumber daya manusia yang unggul dan berkualitas sehingga dibutuhkan peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia. Kualitas sumber daya manusia dapat dibentuk dengan usaha langsung dan tidak langsung sehingga berakibat pada meningkatnya kualitas sumber daya manusia. This study aims to determine the effect of location and selling price on the purchasing decision of Bailey's City Ciputat Apartment Unit at PT. Gapura Prima Group. The method used was explanatory research with a sample of 86 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study location have a significant effect on purchasing decisions of 42.0%, the hypothesis test obtained significance of 0,000 <0.05. The selling price has a significant effect on the purchase decision of 46.9%, the hypothesis test obtained a significance of 0,000 <0.05. Location and selling price simultaneously have a significant effect on the purchase decision of Bailey's City Ciputat Apartment Unit by 56.2%, the hypothesis test obtained significance of 0,000 <0.05.

Metode yang digunakan adalah metode asosiatif dengan sampel sebanyak 52 responden. Uji analisis yangdigunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil uji parsial diperoleh bahwa kompensasi maupun disiplin berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan. Demikian juga secara simultan kompensasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 8.245 + 0.391X1 + 0.408X2 dan konstribusi sebesar 63,4%. Hasil uji F diperoleh nilai F hitung > F tabel atau (42,418 > 2,790). Kata Kunci: Kompensasi; Disiplin; Prestasi kerja Karyawan.
