Ö... more Giriş Kur'an, nüzulünden günümüze kadar, çok çeşitli şekillerde ve amaçlarla tefsir edilmiştir. Öne çıkan özellikleriyle çok çeşitli şekillerde isimlendirilen bu tefsirlerden biri de bilimsel tefsirdir. Dirayet ağırlıklı tefsirlerin ortaya konmasından itibaren varlığı hissedilen ve örnek-lerine rastlanılan bu yaklaşım tarzı çağdaş dönemle birlikte bireysel bir faaliyet olmaktan çıkıp bir ekol hüviyetine bürünmüştür. Her fikir gibi bilimsel tefsirin de tarihi süreçte savu-nanları olduğu gibi eleştirenleri de olmuştur. Duygusal olarak bu yaklaşımla ilgili savunan-lar ya da eleştirenler tarafında olmak yerine ortaya konulan tefsiri Kur'an'ın amacı, muh-tevası ve tefsirin yöntemi gibi objektif kriterler çerçevesinde değerlendirmek daha etkili Kur'an'ın Sabiteleri ve Tefsirin Yöntemi Çerçevesinde Bilimsel Tefsire Bakış Öz: Kur'an ayetlerinin tefsirine dair girişimleri lehinde olup bütünüyle kabul etmek veya aleyhinde olup tamamen reddetmek yerine savunulan görüşlerin ve ortaya konulan örneklerin Kur'an'ın sabiteleri ve tefsirin yöntemi çerçe-vesinde değerlendirilmesi ret ve kabulün ideolojinin bir ürünü değil de metodolojinin bir ürünü olması açısından daha doğru bir yaklaşımdır. Bu yaklaşım tarzı bilimsel tefsir eğilimine karşı da benimsenmelidir. Bilimsel tefsir eğilimine karşı da Kur'an ve tefsir ile ilgili objektif değerlendirmeye imkân veren ilkeler doğrultusunda bir tavır sergilenmelidir. Tavrımızda belirleyici kriter olacak bu ilkeler Kur'an'ın amacı ve muhtevası, tefsirin ise yöntemidir. Bu ilkeler çerçevesinde kökleri geçmişe dayanmakla birlikte çağdaş dönemde kendini daha çok hissettiren ve bir ekol hüviyetine kavuşan bilimsel tefsir eğiliminin Kur'an tefsirindeki yerinin belirlenmesi daha faydalı olacaktır. Zira bu ilkeler doğrultusunda yapılan kontroller ve değerlendirmeler, Kur'an ayetlerinin tefsirindeki ihlaller ile katkıların birbirinden ayırt edilmesine, tamamen kabul etmek veya reddetmek yerine kabul edilebilir taraflar ile kabul edilemez noktaların ortaya konmasına katkı sağlayacaktır. Bu katkının tezahürünün görülebileceği alanlar-dan biri de bilimsel tefsir eğiliminin görüş ve tefsir örnekleridir. Bilimsel tefsir ile ilgili kabul veya ret tavrının da bu ilkelere riayet ve bu ilkeleri ihlal doğrultusunda olması hem ayetlerin anlaşılmasına katkı sağlayacak hiçbir verinin dışarıda bırakılmasına hem de Kur'an'a ait olmayan bir unsurun ona dâhil edilmesine engel olacaktır.

Araştırmanın örneklemini 2016-2017 eğitim öğretim yılında Kahramanmaraş Merkez ilçelerindeki İmam Hatip Liselerinde görev yapan 20 İHL Meslek Dersleri öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada nitel veri toplama yöntemlerinden görüşme yöntemi kullanılmış ve veriler yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formuna bire bir not tutularak toplanmıştır. Katılımcıların görüşleri genel olarak incelendiğinde öğretmenlerin meallerin gerekliliğine ve katkısına inandıkları, meal okudukları ve meal farklılıklarını ciddi boyutta görmedikleri görülmektedir. Bu genel kanaatin yanında bazı katılımcılar ise mealler arasında önemli farklılıklar bulunduğunu ve meal okumanın tek başına yeterli olmadığını belirtmiştir. A Research On The Perceptıons Of Teachers Of IHL Occupatıonal Lessons About Qur'an Translatıons Abstract The general aim of this research is to determine the views and perceptions of the teachers of the IHL vocational courses regarding the translation of Qur’an. Sample of the Research 20 IHL Occupational lessons in the Imam Hatip High School in the Kahramanmaraş Central district Provinces during the 2016-2017 academic year constitute a teacher. In the research, interview method was used from qualitative data collection methods and The data was collected in a semi-structured interview form. When the views of the participants are examined in general, It is seen that teachers believed in the necessity and contribution of translations of Qur’an and they read translations of Qur’an and they didn’t accept differences of Qur’an translation as an important problem. Apart from this general view, some participants pointed out that there are significant differences of Qur'an translations and that reading alone is not enough for the translation of Qur’an. Öz Kur'an'ın başka bir dile tercümesinin caiz olup olmadığı tartışmalarıyla başlayan süreç Kur'an... more Öz Kur'an'ın başka bir dile tercümesinin caiz olup olmadığı tartışmalarıyla başlayan süreç Kur'an'ın gönderiliş amacı ve tercümenin misyonu bakımından doğal olarak tercümeye cevaz verilmesiyle devam etmiştir. Bütün dilleri kapsayan cevazlık tartışmaları Türkçe için de yapılmıştır. Hem bu cevazlık tartışmaları hem de lafız ve manasıyla insanlığın benzerini getirmekten aciz kaldığı Kur'an'ın tam ve kusursuz tercümesinin yapılamayacağı endişesi mütercimler üzerinde yönlendirici bir rol oynamıştır. Bir tarafta bu endişeler diğer tarafta Kur'an'ın tercümesinin zaruriyeti insanları çözüm arayışlarına itmiştir. Çözüm olarak Kur'an tercümelerine meal deme ve Kur'an'ın harfi tercümesinin yapılamayacağını savunma bir teamül haline dönüşmüştür. Ancak uygulamadaki örneklerine baktığımızda bu teamüllerin doğru bir Kur'an tercümesine katkısının olduğunu söylemek mümkün gözükmemektedir. Bu yüzden Kur'an tercümelerinin teorik ve pratik tutarlılığı olan bir sisteme oturtulması bir gerekliliktir. Abstract The process which began with the discussion whether it is allowable or not to translate it into another language has continuoed in terms of the aim of the transmission of the Koran and the mission of the translation. The allowance discussions involving all of the languages have been made for Turkish too. Both these allowance discussions and the anxiety and the sense that the Koran, which the human beings haven't been able to bring the same as in terms of wording and meaning, cannot be translated completely and perfectly played a directive role on those inclining this work. So, these anxieties and the necessity of translation of the Koran have people force solution seeking. As a result of this, as a solution, saying meaning to the translations of the Koran and defensing the Koran cannot be translated literally turned into a precedent and this precedent has reached today. But when we look at the examples of practice, it is not possible to say these precedents haven't contributed to a true translation of the Koran. So, it is necessary to put the translations of the Koran into a system which has theoretical and practical consistency.

Ancak bu durum bütün zamirler için geçerli değildir. Hangi ismin yerine kullanıldığı kolayca tespit edilemeyen hatta bu hususta hakkında ihtilaf bulunan zamirler de bulunmaktadır. Bu tür zamirlerin merciini tespit hususunda bağlamın her zaman yeterli ve tek bir sonuca işaret ettiğini söylemek mümkün değildir. Hatta bazı örnekler vardır ki, dikkate alınan bağlamsal unsura göre ulaşılan sonuç değişmektedir. Bu tür örneklerde Kur'an'ın bağlamsal unsurlarıyla ilgili doğru ilişkilendirmelerin yapılamaması bazı unsurların dışarıda bırakılmasına veya ihmal edilmesine sebep olmaktadır. Bunun sonucunda da merciin tespitinde en önemli yardımcı unsur konumundaki bağlam, problemin ana sebebi haline gelebilmektedir. Çözüm ise bağlamın ihtiva ettiği unsurlar ve Kur'an'ın metinsel özellikleri çerçevesinde titiz ve çok yönlü bir çalışmaya girişip doğru tespite katkı sağlayıcı bütün bağlamsal unsurları tespit ve dikkate almaktır. Abstract Most of the pronouns used usually for the purpose of abbreviation, according to which nouns are used can be fixed easily with the aid of the context in Quran. But this isn't current for all pronouns. There are also pronouns according to which nouns can't be easily fixed and there are disagreements about this point. In the point of determining the reference of such pronouns, it is not possible to say that context is always sufficient and points out unique conclusion. There are even some examples that, achieved result varies according to considered contextual elements. In such instances, not making the correct association about contextual elements of the Qur'an leads to the exclusion or negligence of some elements. Consequently the context which is the most important support to detect the reference of pronoun, may become a main source of problems. Solution is to make a meticulous and versatile study with in the framework of the elements contained in the context and the textual features the Qur'an; by this way to detect contextual elements that contribute to correct detection and take all into account.

Asıl etkilerini cümle içerisinde diğer kelimelerle kullanımlarında görebildiğimiz edatların hangi anlamda kullanıldığının tespit edilmesi doğru anlamanın gerçekleşmesi için son derece önemlidir. Arapça'da bu edatlardan biri olan vâv harfinin de hangi anlamda kullanıldığının tespit edilmesi veya edilememesi doğrudan cümlenin anlamına yansımaktadır. Bu yüzden edat olarak birden çok çeşidi bulunan vâv'ın hangi ayette hangi anlamda kullanıldığı anlayan ve yorumlayan açısından önemli bir husustur. Zira içinde bulunduğu bağlamda vâv'ın hangi anlamda kullanıldığı çoğu zaman kolaylıkla tespit edilmekle birlikte bazı ayetlerde birden çok ihtimalin söz konusu olması ayetin anlamıyla ilgili tercih farklılıklarının gerekçesi olabilmektedir. Ancak tercih farklılıklarının anlamda meydana getirdiği değişikliğin derecesi hepsinde aynı değildir. Zira anlam zenginliğinin bir yansıması kabul edilebilecek anlam değişikliklerinin yanında ihtilaf boyutuna ulaşan değişiklikler de görülebilmektedir. İşte bu çalışmada vâv harfinin Kur'an'daki kullanım örneklerinden hareketle vâv'ın hem anlam zenginliğine katkısı hem de ihtilaflardaki etkisine dikkat çekilecektir. Both these allowance discussions and the anxiety and the sense that the Koran, which the human beings haven't been able to bring the same as in terms of wording and meaning, cannot be translated completely and perfectly played a directive role on those inclining this work. So, these anxieties and the necessity of translation of the Koran have people force solution seeking. As a result of this, as a solution, saying meaning to the translations of the Koran and defensing the Koran cannot be translated literally turned into a precedent and this precedent has reached today. But when we look at the examples of practice, it is not possible to say these precedents haven't contributed to a true translation of the Koran. So, it is necessary to put the translations of the Koran into a system which has theoretical and practical consistency.

Ancak bu durum bütün zamirler için geçerli değildir. Hangi ismin yerine kullanıldığı kolayca tespit edilemeyen hatta bu hususta hakkında ihtilaf bulunan zamirler de bulunmaktadır. Bu tür zamirlerin merciini tespit hususunda bağlamın her zaman yeterli ve tek bir sonuca işaret ettiğini söylemek mümkün değildir. Hatta bazı örnekler vardır ki, dikkate alınan bağlamsal unsura göre ulaşılan sonuç değişmektedir. Bu tür örneklerde Kur'an'ın bağlamsal unsurlarıyla ilgili doğru ilişkilendirmelerin yapılamaması bazı unsurların dışarıda bırakılmasına veya ihmal edilmesine sebep olmaktadır. Bunun sonucunda da merciin tespitinde en önemli yardımcı unsur konumundaki bağlam, problemin ana sebebi haline gelebilmektedir. Çözüm ise bağlamın ihtiva ettiği unsurlar ve Kur'an'ın metinsel özellikleri çerçevesinde titiz ve çok yönlü bir çalışmaya girişip doğru tespite katkı sağlayıcı bütün bağlamsal unsurları tespit ve dikkate almaktır. Abstract Most of the pronouns used usually for the purpose of abbreviation, according to which nouns are used can be fixed easily with the aid of the context in Quran. But this isn't current for all pronouns. There are also pronouns according to which nouns can't be easily fixed and there are disagreements about this point. In the point of determining the reference of such pronouns, it is not possible to say that context is always sufficient and points out unique conclusion. There are even some examples that, achieved result varies according to considered contextual elements. In such instances, not making the correct association about contextual elements of the Qur'an leads to the exclusion or negligence of some elements. Consequently the context which is the most important support to detect the reference of pronoun, may become a main source of problems. Solution is to make a meticulous and versatile study with in the framework of the elements contained in the context and the textual features the Qur'an; by this way to detect contextual elements that contribute to correct detection and take all into account.

Asıl etkilerini cümle içerisinde diğer kelimelerle kullanımlarında görebildiğimiz edatların hangi anlamda kullanıldığının tespit edilmesi doğru anlamanın gerçekleşmesi için son derece önemlidir. Arapça'da bu edatlardan biri olan vâv harfinin de hangi anlamda kullanıldığının tespit edilmesi veya edilememesi doğrudan cümlenin anlamına yansımaktadır. Bu yüzden edat olarak birden çok çeşidi bulunan vâv'ın hangi ayette hangi anlamda kullanıldığı anlayan ve yorumlayan açısından önemli bir husustur. Zira içinde bulunduğu bağlamda vâv'ın hangi anlamda kullanıldığı çoğu zaman kolaylıkla tespit edilmekle birlikte bazı ayetlerde birden çok ihtimalin söz konusu olması ayetin anlamıyla ilgili tercih farklılıklarının gerekçesi olabilmektedir. Ancak tercih farklılıklarının anlamda meydana getirdiği değişikliğin derecesi hepsinde aynı değildir. Zira anlam zenginliğinin bir yansıması kabul edilebilecek anlam değişikliklerinin yanında ihtilaf boyutuna ulaşan değişiklikler de görülebilmektedir. İşte bu çalışmada vâv harfinin Kur'an'daki kullanım örneklerinden hareketle vâv'ın hem anlam zenginliğine katkısı hem de ihtilaflardaki etkisine dikkat çekilecektir. Böylece anlama ve yorumlamada her unsurun önemli olduğu ve en küçüğünden en büyüğüne hiçbir unsurun göz ardı edilmemesi gerektiği vurgulanmaya çalışılacaktır. We can see their main effects by the usage of them with other words in sentences and the determining of their real meaning is extremely important to understand exactly. To be able to determine or not to determine the letter " vav " which is one of these prepositions in which meaning it is used reflects directly to the meaning of the sentence in Arabic. So it is an important matter for those who understand and interpret the letter " vav " which has multiple varieties and in which verse and in what meaning it is used. Because it usually cannot be determined easily in the context the use of in which meaning it is used and it can be the reason of the preferences related to the meaning of the verse that there are multiple possibilities. But the rate of the change made by the differences of the preference in the meaning is not as the same in all. Bu araştırmanın genel amacı, İHL meslek dersleri öğretmenlerinin Kur’an meallerine ilişkin görüş ve algılarını tespit etmektir. Araştırmanın örneklemini 2016-2017 eğitim öğretim yılında Kahramanmaraş Merkez ilçelerindeki İmam Hatip Liselerinde görev yapan 20 İHL Meslek Dersleri öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada nitel veri toplama yöntemlerinden görüşme yöntemi kullanılmış ve veriler yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formuna bire bir not tutularak toplanmıştır. Katılımcıların görüşleri genel olarak incelendiğinde öğretmenlerin meallerin gerekliliğine ve katkısına inandıkları, meal okudukları ve meal farklılıklarını ciddi boyutta görmedikleri görülmektedir. Bu genel kanaatin yanında bazı katılımcılar ise mealler arasında önemli farklılıklar bulunduğunu ve meal okumanın tek başına yeterli olmadığını belirtmiştir.

A Research On The Perceptıons Of Teachers Of IHL Occupatıonal Lessons About Qur'an Translatıons
Abstract
The general aim of this research is to determine the views and perceptions of the teachers of the IHL vocational courses regarding the translation of Qur’an. Sample of the Research 20 IHL Occupational lessons in the Imam Hatip High School in the Kahramanmaraş Central district Provinces during the 2016-2017 academic year constitute a teacher. In the research, interview method was used from qualitative data collection methods and The data was collected in a semi-structured interview form. When the views of the participants are examined in general, It is seen that teachers believed in the necessity and contribution of translations of Qur’an and they read translations of Qur’an and they didn’t accept differences of Qur’an translation as an important problem. Apart from this general view, some participants pointed out that there are significant differences of Qur'an translations and that reading alone is not enough for the translation of Qur’an.

That's why, these three periods should be evaluated with both pointing to the importance of context and the contextual elements that it contains. . In this way, the necessity of not ignoring contextual factors in understanding the verses of the Quran will emerge.
