The purpose of the following thesis work is to contribute to strengthen Communicative competences... more The purpose of the following thesis work is to contribute to strengthen Communicative competences in the Reading process with the 10th grade students at Institucion Educativa Ateneo in Pradera. The contribution will take place through integration of ICT resources in the subject Economy and Politics. It is justified by the low results obtained by students in different internal and external tests measuring communicative competences levels in the critical Reading process, presenting the necessity to increase these levels and results. The following research is presented through a case study with a mixed approach and a comprehensive trait. It pretends to evidence the transformations that occur in the communicative competences, reading process, intertextuality or critical level of comprehension.
