However, covering all related studies takes too much time and effort. This study questions how Artificial Intelligence can be used in this process. We used ChatGPT to create a literature review article to show the stage of the OpenAI ChatGPT artificial intelligence application. As the subject, the applications of Digital Twin in the health field were chosen. Abstracts of the last three years (2020, 2021 and 2022) papers were obtained from the keyword "Digital twin in healthcare" search results on Google Scholar and paraphrased by ChatGPT. Later on, we asked ChatGPT questions. The results are promising; however, the paraphrased parts had significant matches when checked with the Ithenticate tool. This article is the first attempt to show the compilation and expression of knowledge will be accelerated with the help of artificial intelligence. We are still at the beginning of such advances. The future academic publishing process will require less human effort, which in turn will allow academics to focus on their studies. In future studies, we will monitor citations to this study to evaluate the academic validity of the content produced by the ChatGPT.

The chatbot is one of the popular implementation areas. Even though Google and Meta had chatbots, ChatGPT became popular as its language models were publicly available. It was widely used; people from different fields, ages, and education levels started using ChatGPT. Although ChatGPT is still in the early stages of its development, it has managed to attract the attention of people and capital groups. There have been many comments and trials with ChatGPT. It is possible to see a lot of news and shares, especially on social media and other platforms on the internet. It started to become clear the things that the people were asking ChatGPT and what it was trying to get it to do. At the same time, we can make an inference from the responses of ChatGPT to these requests and the capabilities of ChatGPT. The purpose of this study is to shed light on issues such as what is happening in the literature, people's expectations for ChatGPT, and Generative AI. In this study, we share the early-stage due diligence and current situation analysis for all these points. For this, we examined preprint papers, and published articles. We also included striking posts on the LinkedIn platform, where most professionals are present. In addition, we have created a compilation of various blogs and news. We also made use of ChatGPT in editing the content of some of the titles of this study.

Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) allows non-invasive evaluation of inflammatory bowel disease (IB... more Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) allows non-invasive evaluation of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) by assessing pathologically altered gut. Besides morphological changes, relaxation times and diffusion capacity of involved bowel segments can be obtained by MRI. The aim of this study was to assess the use of multiparametric MRI in the diagnosis of experimentally induced colitis in mice, and evaluate the diagnostic benefit of parameter combinations using machine learning. This study relied on colitis induction by Dextran Sodium Sulfate (DSS) and investigated the colon of mice in vivo as well as ex vivo. Receiver Operating Characteristics were used to calculate sensitivity, specificity, positive-and negative-predictive values (PPV and NPV) of these single values in detecting DSS-treatment as a reference condition. A Model Averaged Neural Network (avNNet) was trained on the multiparametric combination of the measured values, and its predictive capacity was compared to those of the single parameters using exact binomial tests. Within the in vivo subgroup (n = 19), the avNNet featured a sensitivity of 91.3% (95% CI: 86.6-96.0%), specificity of 92.3% (95% CI: 85.1-99.6%), PPV of 96.9% (94.0-99.9%) and NPV of 80.0% (95% CI: 69.9-90.1%), significantly outperforming all single parameters in at least 2 accuracy measures (p < 0.003) and performing significantly worse compared to none of the single values. Within the ex vivo subgroup (n = 30), the avNNet featured a sensitivity of 87.4% (95% CI: 82.6-92.2%), specificity of 82.9% (95% CI: 76.1-89.7%), PPV of 88.9% (84.3-93.5%) and NPV of 80.8% (95% CI: 73.8-87.9%), significantly outperforming all single parameters in at least 2 accuracy measures (p < 0.015), exceeded by none of the single parameters. In experimental mouse colitis, multiparametric MRI and the combination of several single measured values to an avNNet can significantly increase diagnostic accuracy compared to the single parameters alone. This pilot study will provide new avenues for the development of an MR-derived colitis score for optimized diagnosis and surveillance of inflammatory bowel disease.

This paper proposes a decentralized non-governmental organization resource management system for disasters (NGO-RMSD). This system is based on blockchain technology and it will enable the non-governmental organizations (NGO) and public institutions to manage and coordinate the resources in a trusted environment in the case of disasters. A proof of concept implementation is developed by using the Quorum blockchain framework which is more energy-efficient than crypto currency-based blockchain solutions. Smart contracts are developed for the autonomous working of the system. These smart contacts are used for the verification of the needs of the one who is in need, delivering resources to the right people, and identifying the urgent needs. The system aims to reach more disaster victims in a more timely manner. NGO-RMSD is designed according to the needs of the NGOs in the field. The application is shared with the free software license and further development with the community is aimed.

Today's metropolitan cities are not sufficiently prepared for the pre and post-disaster situations. Digital Twin technology can provide a solution. A virtual copy of the physical city could be created by collecting data from sensors of the Internet of Things (IoT) devices and stored on the cloud infrastructure. This virtual copy is kept current and up to date with the continuous flow of the data coming from the sensors. We propose a disaster management system utilizing machine learning called DT-DMS is used to support decision-making mechanisms. This study aims to show how to educate and prepare emergency center staff by simulating potential disaster situations on the virtual copy. The event of a disaster will be simulated allowing emergency center staff to make decisions and depicting the potential outcomes of these decisions. A rescue operation after an earthquake is...

The total number of transactions that can be supported by the blockchain network and the performance effects of selecting different consensus protocols, using different block intervals and block size should be tested. There are some blockchain performance tools but most are built for specific blockchain frameworks and require complex configuration. The GoHammer tool is developed to provide an easy to use, flexible test tool for the Ethereum/Quorum blockchain frameworks. Transaction per second (TPS) values and several performance metrics will be tested. This tool is also a part of the series of tools that can be integrated with Tubu-io. This tool will help in developing more efficient decentralized systems and will affect decreasing the costs of developing decentralized application projects.

Also, the performance, scalability, and sustainability of the decentralized systems are not taken into account. One of the reasons is the time-consuming testing process. The other is the hardware requirements and the complexity of the software installations of the testing environment. Developer communities need stable and secure research networks to test and develop prototypes before releasing the working versions. Cloud-based blockchain test networks are available, but it allows using a specific framework. Also, users are required to learn how to use each framework. Blockchain test networks use public ledgers, and this is also not preferable in many project implementations because of privacy reasons. Testbeds are inflexible and unrealistic in terms of scalability and performance. There is a need for a physical test network to create a realistic test environment. This study aims to form a sustainable and scalable research environment where decentralized technologies are researched and developed. The method of this study will include three stages to create a decentralized research network. The first stage is to develop the decentralized foundation of the network by using the Quorum blockchain framework and RAFT consensus protocol. Node requirements are simplified to run on low-cost devices. The second stage will be to develop a web-based platform to serve as an efficient way for the developers to deploy smart contracts easily. The final stage will be ensuring the sustainability of the system. Usage policy is formed that includes management of the network, the system usage rules, and regulations. A decentralized governance model is proposed. Smart contracts are developed to manage and ensure the sustainability of the research network. The available test tools were not sufficient and not flexible to use in this system, so a new test tool was developed for this project. The new test tool will verify the research environment with scalability, latency, and performance tests. As a result, the "Decentralized Solutions for Humanity" (DS4H) research network is deployed in four different regions of Turkey. This network is tested with four initial nodes. New nodes are to be added worldwide. The developed tools named Chainex, GoHammer, and Scanner are shared as open-source. Future works will include adding multiple blockchain network support, working on consensus protocols and new decentralized services. Finally, the DS4H research network provides a test and development research environment for blockchain projects with sustainable and low-cost maintenance.

Decentralized services are increasingly being developed and their proper usage in different areas... more Decentralized services are increasingly being developed and their proper usage in different areas is being experimented with. Autonomous codes, which are also called smart contracts, can be developed with Integrated Development Environments (IDE). However, these tools lack live environment tests. The underlying blockchain technologies are also evolving and it is not easy to catch all the developments. There is a need for an easy-to-use interface by which the developers can see the results of their codes. Tubu-io decentralized application development workbench is developed to serve as an efficient way for the programmers to deploy smart contracts on the blockchain networks and interact with them easily. It can also be used for teaching decentralized application programming for junior blockchain developers on blockchain testbeds. Finally, it will have an effect in decreasing the development time and the costs of developing decentralized application projects.

The growing number and increasing complexity of cyber-attacks makes network management and security a challenge. Software defined networks (SDN) technology is a solution that aims for efficient and flexible network management. The SDN controller(s) plays an important role in detecting and preventing cyber-attacks. In this study, a flowbased anomaly detection system running on the POX controller is designed. A comparative analysis of the supervised machine algorithms is given to choose the optimum anomaly detection method in SDN based networks. NSL-KDD dataset is used for training and testing of the classifiers. The results show that machine learning algorithms have great potential in the success of flow-based anomaly detection systems in the SDN infrastructure.

The key element for these systems is a single, coherent recognized air picture (RAP) which provides the real time situational awareness for the theatre commander and the subordinate operational elements. The manipulation of the air picture can trigger a chain of events that may cause the total failure of the air campaign. Blockchain technology can be used to prevent this exploitation. This technology has the potential to eliminate the security problems by its decentralized architecture and its irrevocable registry. It can be used as the key element for enabling the security of friendly air C2 (Command & Control) capabilities in the cyber domain. In this study, the function of the blockchain system is questioned for the benefit of air operations. In this context, a blockchain-based system, which benefits and can enhance the security of an Allied Joint Operational Air C2 system, is proposed. The prototype is developed in Hyperledger Fabric platform. The findings and future work is given.
