The purpose of the research was to determine the presence/absence of certain indicators of the me... more The purpose of the research was to determine the presence/absence of certain indicators of the mental health of young people. The research was conducted in seven high schools in the city of Skopje and the sample contained 397 students from 3rd and 4th year of high school. PHQ A (adolescent version) was used to determine the presence of depression in youth population. It was found that the mental state of young people is worrisome and requires the implementation of urgent measures for coping and prevention. The results shows that 19% of students have moderately severe and severe depression, which is a percentage identical to world statistics and is a serious indicator of impaired mental health among young people. An average of 12% of students in a generation face continuous feelings of sadness and depression and 20% of the students tried to harm themselves.

За таа цел беше користен TwIVI инвентарот кој се однесува на десетте основни вредности. Добиените податоци покажуваат дека најприоретизирани вредности во нашето општество се самонасочувањето, универзалноста и добронамерноста, а моќта и традицијата се на дното на листата. Со ова истражување се потврди дека и во нашето општество доминираат истите вредности како и кај останатите култури и тезата дека десетте вредности на Шварц се универзални и исто приоретизирани како и во другите култури.

The research was conducted on a sample of 105 respondents, who were given a Mate Preference Questionnaire containing 18 factors for which each respondent declared how important it was for their partner to have that factor. The purpose of the research was to find out which factors have the most influence when choosing a partner in our country and whether there are differences in the choice of factors among men and women. It was found that the most important factors for the entire sample are: emotional stability and maturity of the partner, reliability and responsibility, as well as mutual attraction and love. The least preferred are: virginity, similar political background, similar education and good household qualities. Different preferences have been found among men and women.

Nowadays we are witnessing a paradoxical situation, the physical working conditions are significantly improved, but the psychological conditions are getting worse and the work is getting more stressful. The stress is getting a dimension of a modern epidemic. The quality of work life is influencing the quality of emotional life and the socioemotional balance, which some individuals manage to obtain and some don't. Considering the amount of time people spend at work, it is important to develop an awareness of the implications and consequences it has on their lives. The ability to adapt is becoming increasingly important for the survival and further development of an organization and how organizations will cope with stress in the future will become one of the major strategic factor in global competition.

Abstract
The rapid spread of mobbing at an epidemic rate around the world, opens the question about the presence of this phenomenon in Republic of Macedonia. The purpose of this research is to confirm the emergence of mobbing in Macedonian education, the acts through which mobbing appears, as well as the existence of special risk group of possible victims of mobbing among teachers. The sample is consisted of 102 respondents, employed teachers in primary and secondary schools and universities in Macedonia. The results shows that the phenomenon of mobbing is present in the Macedonian education as well. NAQ-R was used in the research and in accordance with the Leymann criteria (1996), at least one negative act per week and with duration of at least 6 months, we received a data that 4% of the teachers are victims of mobbing.
