It is one of the last language evolution. This paper will consider the language used by the inhabitants of the capital city, above all the expression mode. It 's a kind of language that is developed in an interesting respecting, because speakers’ actual language is very quick. Sapir (1921) stated that each language is shaped by its speakers according to their needs. In XXI century the speakers have necessity to efficiency and spreadness, this is the reason because Internet is their favourit channel to communicate. It is a trend about traditional methods and styles of documented and written languages (too important in Kosovo because they have a different language in front of standard Albanian). Facebook language becomes more flexible and it uses very few grammar rules, it becomes the mirror of the modern society with technical vocabulary if they...

It is a description that including geographic isolation of the speakers and the rudimentary state of informants' knowledge. Many villages today have lost the dialect. To give a general notion of the structure of this dialect it is convenient at the outset to list the phonemes which are used by the people. The phonemes are ordered on the basis of their sequential distribution in the dialects, or forms of speech, under discuss. Italo-Albanian has, like all Albanian dialects, for each of its consonants rather few readily perceptible allophones, e very few allophones indeed. All consonants are articulated with moderate tension. It is the consonant articulation that perceives the most marked characteristics of individual variation in the dialect. Many of the general features of consonants accord with the well known characteristics of Italian articulation. Phonology of a language constitutes a highly organized system of knowledge. It is useful for anyone interested in how learners acquire such knowledge.

Using the John Newbery Medal as a case study, this essay examines the prizing of children's literature and its cultural discontents. The author uses a third-person limited omniscient point of view to demonstrate the necessity of perspective and sympathy for moral growth. Children's rights have become a significant field of study during the past decades. Keywords: literary concepts, understanding childhood, childhood endorsement, according literature, childhood contribution 1. Introduction 1.1 The early intervention of the concept of children Children's literature is very important for the child's training. The world around him often appears as difficult to understand and upsetting. He needs help to understand what happens in his mind and outside. The parents represent, of course, the most element in this context. In the second place there is our cultural heritage, that has to be transmitted to the child in the right way. When the child is little, the fairy tale is the literary form with he comes in contact. Fairy tale is a literary form known all over the world, in every society and country. Therefore the fairy tale is universal, but not only because it is universally present, but also because it enters in contact with whoever. Fairy tale express natural situations, that are lived by everybody in different moments and different countries. Bruno Bettleheim wrote in "The uses of Enchantment: The meaning and Importance of fairy Tales" (1976) what means about the fairy tale, he thinks it forms children personality. 1.2 childhood image in English literature In western culture the emphasis on the child is a relatively recent invention, and literature for children, therefore, even more recent. Moral instruction is the principal characteristic of children' literature before and after the Act of Uniformity of 1662. Puritans do not hide the virtuous aims of children' literature: spiritual salvation and the conversion of the young sinner, because as Helvetius argues "Man is, nothing more than the product of his education". For entertainment children have romances, travel book and any "adult" reading they could read, for example Defoe's Robinson Crusoe (1719) or Swift's Gulliver Travel. By the late eighteen century, before their decline, these stories had, in their chap-book form, reached their bare bones: they had been pared down to their essential, irreducible, active elements, their frequently exotic heroes and mostly been shaken down into a state of homely naturalization; reduced to a sheer primal kind of narrative, the narrations pass at once in actions, and allow their events to speak wondrously for themselves 1. These narrative conventions are, of course, ideally situated to unsophisticated listener and readers, young and old alike; and their reaction, must have played some part in the evolution of the narrative manner. But there were deeper reason for their popularity, especially among powerless, subordinate audience, for many of the tales express fantasies of power and wealth, achieved either through the operation of fortune, through magic, or through feats of courage, cunning, strength or endurance. The small hero, usually of modest birth, defeats the larger, richer, more politically and socially powerful foe; the odds are all stacked against the puny, insignificant hero, but he not only endures, he prevails 2. 2. Step by step towards a real children' literature In England one of the first author interested in children's book is John Newbery and his two best known publications are "A little pretty pocket book" (1744) and "The history of a little goody two-shoes". The preface of these stories addressed to parents, offered a series of moral and educational commonplaces, and when Newbery addresses his young

This paper will focus on how speakers from Pristina communicate using facebook, considering in particular the "mass" with its expression mode. As Sapir (1921) stated, in fact, each language is shaped by its speakers according to their needs, and hence the examples under examination reveal a freer use of language by the actual speakers, whose main necessities in the XXI century are brevity and efficiency, and who select Internet as the preferential channel to exchange information of different kinds and in different ways. This new form of communication has replaced the traditional methods and the written language style (a feature that is more evident in Kosovo because of the differences between dialect and the standard variety). Language has not grammatical rules, it is supple and flexible, it is the mirro...

Language diversity is an ongoing process impacted by migration and globalization. In this regard, this paper analyses the language policy development of the same language but in two different context. The first scenario is Arbreshi/Albaninan language spoken in Southern Italy after their immigration from Albania in the 15 th century, and the Albanian language spoken in the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia. Although it is the same language, the dynamics of globalization, absence of economic opportunities, local and the international political context and the status of a minority language in both countries have stirred the same language in different directions in Italy and Macedonia. The study investigates the possible scenarios that these languages could be considered endangered as a result of assimilation in Southern Italy or massive emigration which the case in Macedonia is. The biggest challenges seem to be the disability to fight in the aggressive economic race and are lacking vitality and policy mechanisms to survive. The study investigates how languages are overpowered because they do not present an economic factor in their community and as a consequence they first lose their rank in the local community and consequently they lose their chance for revitalization The paper also analyses the current legal status of these languages in both aforementioned countries and possible scenarios of being endangered languages as a result of urbanization and economic competition in this globalized reality.

This new form of communication has replaced the traditional methods and the written language style (a feature that is more evident in Kosovo because of the differences between dialect and the standard variety). Language has not grammatical rules, it is supple and flexible, it is the mirror of modern society. In particular, Facebook language exceeds specific terminologies, specialized jargons and grammar correct expressions, conveying messages that are understandable to all. With this background and according to Swales' point of view (1980) a specific genre, neo-communication, is considered. Finally, the collected and analysed corpus is also meant to reflect the speakers' different social groups.
