Generally, the eye problem goes parallel with the growth of technology. Eyes problem related to the use of the computer, such as dry eyes, tired eyes, blurred eyes, and it is called Computer Vision Syndrome (CVS). Attention is a process that restricts much information that needs to be received and has a vital role in maintaining cognitive function. Attention is affected by the sensory stimulus, especially from the eyes. That is why CVS might influence attention. If the attention becomes distracted, it will affect studying or working performance. Aim: To analyze the association between CVS and attention in Workers. Methods: Cross-sectional is used in this research, and the sampling method was consecutive sampling. Computer Vision Syndrome Questionnaire and Trail Making Test part B is the instrument for this research Result: Respondents with CVS was 59,2%, disturbed attention was 63,2%, both CVS and disturbed attention was 40,8%. Chi-square trial showed p=0,110, which means that there is no association between CVS and attention. Conclusion: There is no association between CVS and attention in Workers.

Based on the Basic Health Research results in 2018, the elderly group dominates patients with diabetes mellitus. The diagnosis of diabetes mellitus requires an expensive examination that is not available in all laboratories, especially primary care facilities. Some research suggested that the neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio can be an alternative marker for establishing a diagnosis of diabetes mellitus. Purpose: To determine the correlation between blood sugar levels and lymphocyte ratio as a marker of diabetes mellitus in the elderly. Method: This study was an observational analytic study with a cross-sectional approach. Data was collected by conducting interviews, physical examinations, and laboratory examinations. Hypothesis testing in this study used the Spearman correlation test. Results: A total of 53 respondents were included in this study, with a proportion of 32 female subjects (60.4%). The mean age of respondents was 76.0 ± 7.29 years. An insignificant correlation was obtained between fasting blood sugar levels and the ratio of neutrophil lymphocytes in the elderly (p = 0.161; r = 0.195). An insignificant correlation was found between blood glucose levels after two hours of postprandial with the neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio in the elderly (p = 0.595; r = 0.075). HbA1c level and the lymphocyte ratio in the elderly also showed a non-significant correlation (p = 0.873; r = -0.023) Conclusion: There is no significant correlation between blood sugar level and neutrophillymphocyte ratio as a marker of diabetes mellitus in the elderly.

Lack of these two influencing factors has been identified to cause a sentinel event in a Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) in a tertiary teaching hospital in Indonesia. A Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigation was conducted as a follow-up process within a week post the incidence. The investigation result has shown that lack of nurse satisfaction and supervisor support have contributed to the incident. Several reports have shown that the use of transformational leadership in the hospital setting will enhance nurses' satisfaction. As a recommendation to avoid the reoccurrence of the incident and enhance its outcome, the head nurse should perform transformational leadership combined with other management tools.

This paper discusses the expenses related to breastfeeding and the reasons that the Australian Government should prolong the duration of the paid parental leave scheme to support exclusive breastfeeding. The literature for this systematic review was drawn from MEDLINE, Scopus, Google Scholar and various reports by agencies of the Australian Government. The inclusion criteria were based on the economic benefits of breastfeeding, the costs related to diseases caused by premature weaning and other financial factors. The selected previous studies were analysed to present a narrative review of the key themes. Sixteen studies and reports were selected from 144 sources. The findings of the review showed that in Australia, the total potential economic cost to individual income of the time spent on exclusive breastfeeding was approximately

It is estimated that 50,000 out of 400,000 Indonesians with severe mental health conditions were shackled in 2013. Restrictive shackling practices for people with psychiatric disorders, commonly known as pasung, are common in Indonesia. In this paper, physical and mechanical restraint and seclusion are all included under the term pasung.

Many factors influence this ability in elderly, one of them being occupational history. The purpose of this study was to analyze occupational history as a cause of decreased cognitive ability. An observational analytic study with a cross-sectional approach. 87 subjects who met the inclusion criteria were recruited from Nursing Homes in Surabaya. 71.3% of the subjects have a history of physical-dominated occupation and 28.7% have intelectual-dominated occupation. There were no differences regarding duration of work and perception of workload in both groups. The average cognitive score is 18.57 (SD 5.939). The ANOVA test between occupational history and cognitive abilities shows p=0.001, R Square=0.172, and estimated standard of error of 5.501. This study concluded that occupational history can be used as a predictor of cognitive ability in elderly.

exclusive breastfeeding for six months was less than one-fifth of the overall rate
of breastfeeding initiation, which was related to socioeconomic status. This paper
discusses the expenses related to breastfeeding and the reasons that the Australian
Government should prolong the duration of the paid parental leave scheme to
support exclusive breastfeeding. The literature for this systematic review was drawn
from MEDLINE, Scopus, Google Scholar and various reports by agencies of the
Australian Government. The inclusion criteria were based on the economic benefits of
breastfeeding, the costs related to diseases caused by premature weaning and other
financial factors. The selected previous studies were analysed to present a narrative
review of the key themes. Sixteen studies and reports were selected from 144 sources.
The findings of the review showed that in Australia, the total potential economic cost
to individual income of the time spent on exclusive breastfeeding was approximately
A$611.49 million (A$31,498.80 per mother per six months). However, in 2002, the
short-term cost savings was A$60 million. The total cost savings would be higher if
other expenses in long-term premature weaning were calculated based on current
value. Based on the findings of this literature review, the benefits of breastfeeding
outweigh its costs. The findings suggest that the Australian Government should
consider an additional financial incentive for breastfeeding mothers in order to reduce
the gap between the proportion of exclusive breastfeeding mothers and better
newborn health outcomes.
