Description du depot d'objets de bronze decouvert a l'est de Kosice, non loin du cours de... more Description du depot d'objets de bronze decouvert a l'est de Kosice, non loin du cours de la riviere Torysa. Quelques tessons de ceramique brune grossiere furent decouverts a proximite immediate de cet ensemble. La reconstitution partielle de l'un des recipients permet de l'attribuer a la culture de Gava. Le second etait vraisemblablement utilise pour le stockage.

Z územia Slovenského krasu poznáme skupinu nálezov z neskorej doby bronzovej a doby halštatskej s... more Z územia Slovenského krasu poznáme skupinu nálezov z neskorej doby bronzovej a doby halštatskej s paralelami vo vzdialených kultúrnych prostrediach. Článok sa zaoberá vyhodnotením ojedinelého nálezu predmetu so zvieracími protómami z hradiska Havrania skala v obci Bôrka, okr. Rožňava, ktoré bolo súčasťou sídliskovej aglomerácie kyjatickej kultúry v blízkosti cesty Zádielskou tiesňavou v Slovenskom krase. Predmet tvarom pripomína "slnečnú bárku". Rovnako neobvyklá je aplikácia odlišných motívov-býčej hlavy a vtáka. V kontexte s bronzovými nálezmi cudzej proveniencie zo Zádielu a z jaskyne Kamenná tvár v Háji je nález z Bôrky datovaný do staršej doby halštatskej.

New findings on the question of the Hallstatt Period in the Košice basin. The article presents no... more New findings on the question of the Hallstatt Period in the Košice basin. The article presents noteworthy relics originating from the same period of time from the territory of the Košice basin which help solve the question of the presence of foreign east European nomadic and semi-nomadic groups on its land and their participation in changes to the culture of the local population. The authors pay attention to findings of a Scythian nature: a cross-shaped zoomorphic forging of a quiver and a pottery mould for casting cross-shaped iron from a settlement in Seňa, Pri lánoch site as well as to graves with a specific stone structure from Ždane, site Doboky. At present there is sufficient background information to consider that during the Hallstatt Period, the Eastern Slovak lowlands and the Košice basin were the northern border zone in the expansion of the north-eastern group of the Vekerzug culture
