Dr. Kishor Kumar Tripathy

Expertise in conducting interdisciplinary study, research and dissemination in the areas of Indian Art, Culture, Heritage studies, Sanskrit and Indian Literature and cross-cultural studies with special emphasis on scientific application and organized networking.

Progressively responsible and proven professional experience in research, documentation publication and enhancement of tangible and intangible cultural heritage with an objective to establish and develop closer cultural relations with diverse literary and cultural traditions. Knowledge of international/national policies in the areas of culture which would be useful for the promotion and development of literature and culture extensively.

Ability to organize programs both national and international level and ensuring all related activities designed to deliver on the goals and strategies of the institution. Development of PR campaigns, media related strategies, address inquiries from the media and other parties and promotion of institutional activities in print, electronic and social media.

Contributed for the development of corporate life and management including Member of the Sub-group Committee for Nomination of Yoga as Intangible Cultural Heritage to UNESCO, Nodal Media Officer, Sahitya Akademi, Ministry of Culture, GoI, Member of the district committee, Collectorate for the survey of mass Manuscripts in respect of Jagatsinghpur district, Odisha, Nodal Officer for the Celebration of International Day of Yoga.

Demonstrated ability to coordinate with govt. departments, cultural organizations and embassies for collaborative research and dissemination activities. Knowledge and experience of working in inclusive computer technology systems, digital media and strong communication skills, people management skills and demonstrated leadership skills to provide timely and quality inputs.
