This area is supposedly protected and dedicated to public uses, as outlined by Local Government Regulation number 11, year 2012. Unfortunately, the government has not yet been effectively imposing this policy. There is a growing concern, if the uncontrolled used of sempadan pantai is perpetuated, it will affect the nature of this reserved area. This study aims to determine the impact of the construction of tourist facilities on the sempadan of Pantai Yeh Gangga. This paper attempts to investigate and analyze the morphological typology and origins of the Hind... more This paper attempts to investigate and analyze the morphological typology and origins of the Hindu-Buddhist candis which were built from 8 th to 17 th centuries in the island of Bali. Mainly, the discussion will be focused on its characteristics analysis and morphology in order to determine the candi typology in its successive historical period, and the origin will be decided by tracing and comparative study to the other candis that are located across over the island and country as well. As a result, 2 groups which consist of 6 types of `Classical Period` and 1 type as a transition type to `Later Balinese Period`. Then, the Balinese candis can also be categorized into the `Main Type Group` which consists of 3 types, such as Stupa, Prasada, Meru and the `Complementary Type Group` can be divided into 4 types, like Petirthan, Gua, ������ and Gapura. Each type might be divided into 1, 2 or 3 sub-types within its architectural variations. Finally, it is not only the similarities of their candi characteristics and typology can be found but also there were some influences on the development of candis in the Bali Island that originally came from Central and East Java.

To overcome this, there are several factors that influence it, including social, culture, environmental and climatic. Social conditions are an operational management in terms of quality and quantity. In terms of socio-cultural factors based on the Hindu religion that grows and develops in the community of Tabanan Regency. From an environment and climate, the planned building can adapt to the local climate and environment. In the sense that it does not damage the environment and can take advantage of the potential of the existing climate and environment so that it can maintain sustainability and harmony with its surroundings. n terms of these factors, interlocking space is an architecture that puts forward the maximum visual communication relationship function. Where the potential exists in the area with supporting facilities in the terminal needed to add public and supporting facilities, as well as providing convenience for visitors by rearranging circulation, zoning and vegation in order to support terminal facilities and support the terminal as a transportation attraction in Tabanan Regency. This paper used combination of design methods and research methods in the collection and processing of data related to the design.
