The corporates and governments are also concerned about their business administration, production, and logistics due to covid-19 crises. The usage of artificial intelligence can help in business development from small-medium enterprises to big shot organisations. The main purpose of this paper is to explore the usage of artificial intelligence to develop business activities in SMEs and the factors responsible for the adoption of artificial intelligence. Systematic literature review technique has been adopted. The main findings are that artificial intelligence can be used for maintaining social distance, performing business activities from a safe place, enhance customer deliverance, generate business for organizations, and give a competitive edge at the same time during the coronavirus pandemic. It was noticed that artificial was already in use by the big organizations like Google, Facebook, bumble, Netflix, Amazon, etc., but now small organizations could also harness this resource to boost their production and operation activities to compete and grow in the current scenario. The researchers have identified ten factors responsible for the adoption of artificial intelligence in SMEs, which can be further tested at the primary level by future researchers.

A survey of 418 employees in hotel industry in Mumbai region was conducted to understand the relationship of Human Resource Practices (Selection & Staffing, Employee Training Opportunities, Employee Development Opportunities, Performance Management & Pay for Performance, Promotional Opportunities, Employee Decision making & participation and Communication & Coordination by HR) and Work Engagement. It has been hypothesized that Work Engagement depends upon Human Resource Practices.The model was tested by using Structural Equation Modelling and relationship analysed through Regression. The result were as expected, that all HR practices were associated with Work Engagement. Methods: A descriptive study was conducted with the help of questionnaire administered on the parents of children exposed to internet and are going to school in Navi Mumbai between ages of 6-12 years. The sample size for the study is 502.The statistical analysis was carried by means, standard deviation, t-test and Chi-Square. Results: The study identified that the three most important reasons for browsing the internet are identified (need) as due to Status Symbol, due to peer pressure and because family members are busy. It is also revealed that school assignment is least important reasons for browsing internet. The results showed that internet has influenced the children more on development as compared to behaviour and learning.
