It happened in 2018 budget year in which Village Fund Allocation was started to be arranged and to take information sources taken from its arrangement of Pepelegi Village Fund Allocation. The Research aimed to describe how the liability of Village Fund Allocation after the implementation of Laws Number 6, 2014 in Pepelegi village, Waru, Sidoarjo. While, the liability was started from its planning, implementing, organizing, reporting, and its responsibility with some factors which affected the implementation of Village Fund Allocation. Moreover, the research was descriptive qualitative, in which describe or illustrate the research object. Besides, the objects were Head of Village and some staffs as sources of informants. In addition, the data analysis technique were data reduction, presentation, and having its conclusion.The research result concluded Pepelegi Village Fund Allocation Management had run well despite of its lateness in fund disbursement and liabilities report. Furthermore, public participation was considered good enough in Village Fund Allocation.On the other hand, some factors which affected the implementation of Village Fund Allocation were as follow: human resources, public participation, cooperation culture, the amount of Village Fund Allocation, and government policy.
