Every eligible citizen has the right to vote, even if their economic, social, or geographical sit... more Every eligible citizen has the right to vote, even if their economic, social, or geographical situation makes it hard for them to do so, as is the case for coastal communities. However, the participation of coastal communities in elections are political right and must be realized by the state, as mandated by the law. This study aims to see what the participation of coastal communities in Bintan and Kota Tanjungpinang Regencies is like and how the concept of reconstruction of the electoral law in increasing the involvement of coastal communities in simultaneous elections in Indonesia. This study is normative legal research with a statutory, moral, and conceptual approach. Findings suggest that the participation of coastal communities in Bintan Regency and Tanjungpinang City only concerns voter participation in exercising their voting rights. Moreover, the regulation of community participation in the electoral law is minimal. So it is necessary to have a concept of electoral law construction to increase the involvement of coastal communities in simultaneous elections in Indonesia by adding rules that provide opportunities to communities, especially coastal communities.

Metode penyampaian materi pada kegiatan ini adalah zoom meeting melalui ceramah dan diskusi. Simpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah upaya pencegahan tindak pidana korupsi dapat ditempuh melalui pendidikan anti korupsi. On the other hand, P solubilizing process is naturally slow. Inoculation of phosphate solubilizing bacteria (PSB) could increase this process. Therefore, the exploration of bacteria with such potential for use as biofertilizer agents is needed. Quality of biofertilizer depends on the viability and amount of bacteria contained, it is also influenced by type of carrier material. This research was aimed to find the appropriate carrier materials in production of biofertilizer which were contained PSB agent and to determine the quality of biofertilizer produced at a certain storage time. As many as 4 selected PSB isolates (BB_UB6, BB_K9, BB_K2, and BB_HS13) were used to produce 3 starter combinations. The starters were prepared by growing the isolates in Pikovskaya’s media. The land problem in Galang Island started from the unclear division of authority between the Bata... more The land problem in Galang Island started from the unclear division of authority between the Batam Regional Authority and the Batam City Government as well as the land status of the Galang Island area which led to the status quo. Meanwhile, the community already has their rights, but is considered to be in an illegal location. The formulation of the problem in this research are first, how is the arrangement of the authority of land management rights in Galang Island? Second, how is the legal protection of the people who hold land rights with status quo in Galang Island area? This is a normative legal research with historical and conceptual approaches. Retrieval of legal material through literature study and document study with qualitative analysis techniques. The results of the study concluded that land management rights were given to the Chairman of the Batam Concession Agency (BP) who was ex officio led by the Mayor of Batam. Other land problems arose from the Decree of the Minister of Forestry Number 307 / Kpts-II / 1986, namely that the Galang area was included as a forest area and the determination of the status quo that had an impact on the community. The safeguards undertaken by the National Land Agency (BPN) are by not issuing land title certificates in Galang and for the land rights owned by the community if the Batam Concession Agency wants to acquire land in Galang which already has the status of land rights must compensate for the plants or existing buildings on the land.

Sebab tugas sebagai seorang manager merupakan paduan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam melaksanakan tugas-tugas nya kelak. Jadi, seorang manager tidak cukup hanya berpegang pada teori dan pengetahuan yang didapat di banguku kuliah saja, oleh karena itu mahasiswa UNIKOM Bandung yang akan memasuki semester VII pada semester VI wajib untuk melaksanakan kerja praktek sebagai kesempatan mahasiswa membandingkan teori-teori yang didapat di bangku kuliah dengan kenyataan yang sesungguhnya, juga mempersiapkan diri untuk memasuki dunia kerja.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of production costs and inventory turnover ... more The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of production costs and inventory turnover on Net Profit in industrial manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2019.This study uses a purposive sampling technique in the sampling method and the sampling that meets the criteria are 9 manufacturing companies. The data used in this research is secondary data.The results of this study indicate that the two independent variables, namely production costs and inventory turnover partially affect net income, and simultaneously production costs and inventory turnover affect net income with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05 with an Adjusted R2 value of 0.651 which shows that 65.1% of net income is influenced by production costs, inventory turnover and the remaining 34.9 is influenced by other variables outside of the variables in this study.
