In addition, it consistently manages to produce innovative elements that increase efficiency, applicability, and abstraction, with the drawback of increasing the overall underlying complexity. As technology advanced and time passed, in every system there was a visible need to automate manual, repetitive, and mundane tasks to help save time and let humans focus on more important things. A practical example of such a system is the banking system. In this paper, our aim is to present how Artificial Intelligence (AI) helps this field through the use of chatbots. In this sense, we present and analyse five examples of such applications that are already used in the international banking system, highlighting the main benefits they bring. Finally, we present some conclusions regarding the chatbot...

From this perspective, this study presents how artificial intelligence can help achieve this goal. Therefore, at the beginning of this article, we begin with an introduction and brief review of the literature on the subject. Our research procedure involved the combination of qualitative and quantitative forms of research using mixed methods. In this study, we presented and analyzed five chatbot solutions used in the field of the circular economy. The analysis of these five chatbots helped us design, in the second part of this paper, the procedures for data collection, training, development, and testing of a chatbot using various natural language processing (NLP) and deep processing (DP) techniques. Additionally, we include discussions and some conclusions regarding all aspects o...

With the advancement of technology and the passage of time, there was a need to move from the linear economic model, which involved the implementation of the “takemake- waste” process and which causes negative effects on the environment and society, to the circular model, which promises a much regenerative. Artificial intelligence is beginning to take shape day by day in more and more branches of activity. In this article, we will present how artificial intelligence helps the field of the circular economy. Thus, we will present two chatbot solutions (A.I.R-e and Iio) that are already implemented in the field of circular economy and have the role of helping the human population. A.I.R-e uses both visual object recognition technology, helping to separate waste according to its nature, as well as auditory and language, to provide information ab...

Thus, the latter is divided into categories based on their time through the cycles mentioned. To implement this system, compared to its long-lived predecessor, namely the linear perspective or model, a various number of actions and policies must be taken. The transition requires the setting of goals or targets meant for this operation. But will this result in a sustainable environment? The contribution and relationship between circular economy and sustainable development and thus to a more sustainable society is under discussion. This paper tries to analyze the concept of circular economy, describes its main principles and values, highlights the main differences in implementing these two antithetic systemscircular and linearand gives information about the possibility of providing sustainability to the system in cause.
