
Denbela Hidosa
Mr. Denbela Hidosa received his Bachelor's Degree in Animal Production from the University of Ambo in 2009, and his MSc Degree in Animal Nutrition from the University of Hawassa in 2017. He is currently employed as a senior researcher of livestock nutrition and feeds at the Southern Agricultural Research Institute, Jinka Agricultural Research Center. He has been conducting innovative research activities in the areas of livestock nutrition, the adaption of improved forage species, and the improvement of rangeland productivity for pastoral communities in drought-prone areas of the South Omo Zone. With approximately 12 years of his research experience, Mr. Denbela Hidosa, along with his colleagues, has been published over 38 research articles in internationally peer-reviewed journals, which primarily focus on goat nutrition, livestock production, the adaptation of improved forage species, and the rehabilitation of rangelands that aimed to promote sustainable livestock production system in Ethiopia, particularly in the South Omo
