Individuals with APD are evidenced when they present maladjusted, non-adaptive behavioral patterns, have dysfunctions in social, family and occupational roles. The etiology is still unclear. In order to understand brain dysfunctions, I started looking for materials centered on the themes, however TPAS is very complex, the difficulty was limited due to the discrepancy of the concept and association of TPAS with serial murders and criminals. The neurobiology of APD is still murky with numerous personality trait dissimilarities. Research has associated genetic and environmental components, variations in chemical substances, enzymatic, hormonal and functional deficiencies of the brain, morphological alterations, alterations in the limbic system, the center of emotions and various alterations interacting between them.
