Although the idea of a reform and of a new regulation method was brought in the discussion in January 2007, it remained at idea level state. The idea of excessive regulation would have stopped evolution and this concept wouldn't be sufficient to take action against regulation and considering innovation as part of the risk (innovation isn't a real positive fact in the banking sector, because this innovation has as its base point derivate financial instruments that have no real foundation), but the risk is an integrated part of capitalism. The problem of these innovations was that innovation was directed toward the gain of banks despite their clients, be it an owner of a mortgaged house, this way being clear the idea of modifying the stimulus system of bankers to have an efficient reform at top management level and at a moral level for the American contributor. Elections brought a new president, a new team that must share their vision and to reform the governance program. CONTINUITY VERSUS CHANGE is the main purpose of this research paper.

If a few years ago, before the technological boom, students relied only on their memory capacity, on notes on sheets of paper and written materials (in the form of course materials, books, or textbooks), today the process of learning is significantly facilitated by the means and techniques involved in the use of technology, such as artificial intelligence, smartphones, and tablets, which are rapidly replacing bulky desktop computers and outdated textbooks used in the learning process. Moreover, blockchain technology can also be used as a motivational factor for developing learning abilities by implementing a system that can bring students credit points convertible into cryptocurrencies or online badges. Studies conducted in the field show that students’ motivation for learning and creativity is significantly improved with the help of this reward system. In this article, two specialize...

From the review of the specialized literature, I found that the studies on the duality of the labor market were based on aspects related to: the bureaucracy or the regulations existing on the two types of labor markets (formal/informal), productivity, rigidity, of the salaries practiced on the two types of markets, as well as the option of employees for formal or informal, depending on the cost benefit analysis. In this paper we intend to detail the models and theories with specialized literature is currently operating to characterize the labor market, through the formal/informal duality, respectively models based on the aspect of: bureaucracy /market regulations (Hart, Soto, ILO), productivity (Lewis), rigidity (Joshi, Hield), wages (Kuznets, Field) or employee choice (Maloney, Perry).

On its way of multi millennial evolution agriculture has undergone several stages all off them being organically implied in the natural ecosystem. Following the impressive development of the pesticide and fertilizer industries and the excessive utilization of chemical substances in cattle raising, after World War Two, agriculture has gained an ever increasing industrial trait and ecosystems have gradually been replaced by man-agro-ecosystems and the modern food system in the present. The impact of the over industrialized agriculture on the ecological balance has reached its critical point and more often point and more often than not overtook the normal man-nature relationship.JEL Classification: Q01, Q02, Q18, Q57Keywords: sustainable development, global commodity crises; agricultural policy; food policy; ecological economics, ecosystem services.INTRODUCTIONThings that led me to write this paper are some simple questions which I have asked myself: "Why are people hung...

For Romania today, as a member of the European Union and of the North Atlantic Alliance, vulnerabilities to economic security must be analyzed taking into account both the internationaland political relations of our country - based on multilateral treaties involving commitments in theeconomic, political, justice, the environment, etc. - as well as the current state of development ofthe Romanian economy, as a result of the transition to the market economy (the process by whichour country passed since 1990), but also the effects of the global financial crisis, on the economyas a whole.

Flexicurity of the Labor Market through the Formal/Informal Duality, in the Context of Globalization
Review of International Comparative Management, 2018
The new stage of globalization, marked by deeper integration of work, creates new opportunities, ... more The new stage of globalization, marked by deeper integration of work, creates new opportunities, both in terms of economic growth and job creation, but at the same time creates new challenges and problems in the labor market, such as: increasing labor market flows, exposing jobs to increased global competition and segmenting the labor market in formal and informal terms. It is known that the main feature of the informal labor market, whether we are talking about a developed economy or a developing economy, is flexibility, and the essential feature of a formal labor market is security. In any labor market, there is an increasingly fierce struggle between employers, who want more flexibility and employees, who want more security. Thus, was born the concept of "flexicurity". This paper aims to approach the flexicurity of the labor market through the formal / informal duality in the current context of globalization and to show the optimal combination of job flexibility and the...

In this paper we propose to show the present situation of the renewable energy sector in the European Union, namely a statistical analysis of the gross consumption of renewable energy at the level of the European Union during 1990 - 2016, the evolution of the share of renewable energy in gross final consumption of energy in the EU 28 between 2004 and 2016 and a presentation of the renewable energy sector in EU28 member states in 2016.

We will refer to the structure of the informal sector in terms of occupation, as well as to its main features and traits, focusing on the three main criteria: the social, political and economic criterion. With regard to the structure of the informal sector, we will focus on the three categories of labor force, small enterprises (micro-enterprises) or formal (registered) firms but also part-time and informal activities.

In this paper we aim to present the main models and theories in a labor market characterized by friction and wage rigidity, starting from contributions in the field of “frictions on search-based markets” by Peter A. Diamond, as well as from works belonging to economists Dale T. Mortensen and Christopher A. Pissarides, who developed and adapted the Diamond model to make it applicable to the labor market, thus resulting in one of the most used models for the analysis of unemployment and wage formation.

"It is a sin to waste a crisis" without learning something of the causes that generated it, said Nouriel Roubini, but this time the problems facing the economic science are related even to the own concepts of the promoted model, while to change something in the economy it is need a reconceptualization of the economic science. The context of the current economic model has failed to anticipate the economic crisis and fails to propose sustainable measure of the economic recovery and this because it starts from the wrong premises, such as assuming that the behavior of the subjects within the market is always rational. In this work we will demonstrate that the irrational behavior of the participants to the economic life has led to imbalances of these markets and we will try to distinguish between the rational and the irrational economic behaviors, to identify the operating area of economic science at this time.
The social market economy – the ordoliberal doctrine situated between classic liberalism and social economy

Social market economy combines private initiative and competitiveness with social protection, having as purpose maintaining economic welfare and the full occupancy of the labor force. Social market economy could be framed from the doctrinaire perspective between classical liberalism based on laissez-faire and economic socialism based statism, being a german product, based on the “ordo-liberal” doctrine.
