This work is divided in two parts. The first one (points 1 to 4) performs a review about space development in Argentina, from its beginnings to the present. The second, which comprises point 5 to 7, is centered around the current missions and the space access program, developed and carried out by CONAE, which are main objectives of the national telecommunication project and the Argentinean spatial complex in the next years. This research examines the Roman perception of slavery and race, primarily in the Early Empire/La... more This research examines the Roman perception of slavery and race, primarily in the Early Empire/Late Republic period. Looking at scholarly research, including primary sources and interpretation of Roman artwork, one sees that the Roman idea of slavery and race differed greatly from the American experience of slavery. Generally, the American slavery system was tied directly to race and relied on slaves for unskilled labor, while the Roman slavery system was tied to military conquest and sometimes relied on slaves for a variety of scholarly work that the average free Roman citizen would not have been able to do
