In this industrial era 4.0, Guidance Counseling is required to be able to face the challenges and opportunities posed by the development of digital technology. Counseling guidance in this era must be able to identify needs and characteristics and provide guidance and counseling services to students in the 4.0 era. One of the opportunities in the 4.0 era in counseling guidance is the use of digital technology as a tool in providing guidance and counseling services. Through digital technology, we can increase the effectiveness, efficiency and quality of guidance and counseling services. The challenges they face include utilizing digital technology, delivering BK material boldly, and building relationships with students in a digital environment. However, the digital era also opens up opportunities for BK teachers to use digital media as a learning tool, improve technology skills, and expand the reach of counseling guidance services.
