Educational and aesthetic praxis at Anteros Tactile Museum of Ancient and Modern Paintings (Francesco Cavazza Institute for the Blind, Bologna, Italy) will be illustrated as an example of substantial experience in this field. A comparison between two different statues shown from a frontal perspective (Kouros from Melos and Riace Bronze) will introduce concepts on artistic stylization, their anatomical details, spatial orientation features, and the relative pedagogical aftermath. The use of tactile interactions, proprioception, and kinesthetic sensory modalities make the feeling of shapes possible with artistic and aesthetic value.
