Desde una valoración positiva del documento el autor sugiere algunas integraciones a tener en cuenta en la lectura de este texto del CELAM para lograr percibir toda su riqueza y profundidad.

Enfatiza fundamentalmente en la importancia del binomio Misterio-Pueblo de Dios como clave de acceso central al documento y llama la atención acerca del exilio de la categoría Pueblo de Dios con algunas de sus consecuencias. Finalmente se interroga acerca de la cuestión de lo "epocal" en la vida de la Iglesia y la necesidad de situarse frente a la historia, sus lenguajes y desafíos.

La tensión, en Francisco, es la forma como la verdad y los vínculos se desarrollan históricamente. Esto exige comprendernos a la luz de la verdad de las diferencias y desde el desafío de estar en comunión, diversamente, en aquello que nos identifica como cristianos.

El presente trabajo propone una lectura transversal de las tres Orationes pro Sacris Imaginibus d... more El presente trabajo propone una lectura transversal de las tres Orationes pro Sacris Imaginibus de San Juan Damasceno, con el fin de destacar la dinámica simbólica que se explicita a partir de la polémica iconoclasta del siglo octavo. El contexto emergente complejo de la polémica y las coordenadas que rodean al segundo Concilio de Nicea, hacen de la propuesta teológica de Juan una respuesta de encrucijada. Ante una visión puramente didáctica y exterior de la imagen religiosa el Damasceno propone una visión mistagógica cultual a partir del misterio del amor de Dios que se dona en la visibilidad del Señor entregado en la carne.

The authors realize of the problems that have been more present and the professors of the Institutions of the Society of Jesus in Spain that have contributed to moral reflection, with a particular attention to those that more collaborations have realized throughout this time as the P. Zalba. Likewise they offer some reasons that explain the significant, but to a certain extent shy, of the Moral Theology in the review, if we compare it with other areas of the systematic theological one. In the final part there is included a relation of articles classified by thematic blocks that ensues from great usefulness to know the whole production of the magazine in the diverse disciplines that after the Council Vatican II shape the corpus of the Moral Theology.

ROSTRO DE LA ETERNIDAD IMAGEN, CONOCIMIENTO Y CONDICIÓN SIMBÓLICA RESUMEN Frente a las sagradas i... more ROSTRO DE LA ETERNIDAD IMAGEN, CONOCIMIENTO Y CONDICIÓN SIMBÓLICA RESUMEN Frente a las sagradas imágenes de la Virgen y del Señor se mueve el pueblo creyente para hablar a Dios y escucharlo. El autor propone algunas líneas para comprender la densidad teologal de las imágenes sagradas. Partiendo de la gnoseología litúrgica de Romano Guardini y recogiendo el carácter de la imagen religiosa cómo síntesis plástica de la fe y su valor hierofánico, ingresa a la propuesta analítica de Santo Tomás. En conexión con todo lo desarrollado accede a algunas conclusiones vinculadas a distintos aspectos de la vida del cristiano. Finalmente, a partir del camino recorrido propone la apertura de algunos horizontes reflexivos en el orden litúrgico y pastoral.

It mediates sterol transfer throughout the brush border membrane of enterocytes, becoming essential for intestinal cholesterol absorption and ensuing whole-body cholesterol homeostasis. This protein is targeted by ezetimibe, a potent cholesterol absorption inhibitor. Single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in NPC1L1 have been associated to variation in both plasma low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol levels and lipid-lowering medication with ezetimibe. However, there are no data evaluating the impact of NPC1L1 variants on Chilean subjects medicated with ezetimibe monotherapy. Therefore, we assessed the contribution of two unexplored NPC1L1 variants on plasma lipids and response to ezetimibe in Chilean hypercholesterolemic individuals. Several gain-of-function and loss-of-function mutations in PCSK9 have been linked to hypercholesterolemia (HC) and hypocholesterolemia, respectively. In the present study, we evaluated the effect of rs505151 (23968A>G) polymorphism of PCSK9 over atorvastatin and ezetimibe therapies in Chilean subjects with HC. Both therapies diminished significantly total and LDL cholesterol serum levels (P<0.001). When we evaluated the response to atorvastatin, only the individuals carrying AA genotype presented a significant reduction of total cholesterol (274 vs. 231 mg/dL, p<0.001) and LDL-c levels (186 vs. 145 mg/dL, p<0.001). In summary, our data suggest that rs505151 affects lipid-lowering response to atorvastatin but does not modified therapeutic response to ezetimibe in the population investigated. In Chile, alloimmunization frequency is not established, and for this reason the aim of this study was to investigate the prevalence and specificity of red blood cell (RBC) alloantibodies in Chilean transfused subjects. Methods: Records from 4,716 multi-transfused patients were analyzed. In these patients, antibody screening was carried out prior to cross-matching with a commercially available two-cell panel by the microcolum gel test, and samples with a positive screen were analyzed for the specificity of the alloantibody with a 16-cell identification panel. Results: The incidence of RBC alloimmunization in transfused patients was 1.02% (48/4,716) with a higher prevalence in women (40/48). We detected 52 antibodies, the most frequent specificities identified were anti-E (30.8%), anti-K (26.9%), anti-D (7.7%), and anti-Fya (5.8%).
