Di dalam penyelenggaraan Asian Games 2018 pada tanggal 18 Agustus-2 September 2018 lalu, Rumah Sa... more Di dalam penyelenggaraan Asian Games 2018 pada tanggal 18 Agustus-2 September 2018 lalu, Rumah Sakit Olahraga Nasional (RSON) menjadi salah satu dari 28 rumah sakit rujukan dan telah memenuhi kriteria yang ditentukan oleh Olympic Council of Asia (OCA). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi langkah persiapan rumah sakit rujukan pada kompetisi olahraga berdasarkan pengalaman RSON pada penyelenggaraan Asian Games 2018 sehingga berguna sebagai informasi di dalam penyelenggaraan kompetisi olahraga di masa mendatang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan model sistem input-proses-output, yang melibatkan 6 unsur manajemen (Man, Money, Material, Machine, Method, dan Market). Penelitian dilakukan mulai dari 5 Mei 2017-2 September 2018 yang berlokasi di RSON dengan data primer berdasarkan observasi dan keterlibatan langsung peneliti pertama di lokasi, serta data sekunder dari regulasi internal rumah sakit, laporan keuangan rumah sakit, dan rekam medis pasien. Berdasarkan penelitian didapatkan hasil bahwa unsur kualitas dan kuantitas sumber daya manusia, ketersediaan anggaran, fasilitas ruangan pelayanan khusus, dan penetapan Surat Keputusan (SK) dan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) menjadi unsur input yang penting. Selain itu, rumah sakit juga perlu mempelajari regulasi kompetisi olahraga yang diselenggarakan, jenis dan karakteristik cabang olahraga yang dipertandingkan, karakteristik setiap negara yang berpartisipasi terutama terkait penyakit endemis atau yang berpotensi menyebabkan kejadian luar biasa. Seluruh unsur ini saling bersinergis di dalam proses pemberian layanan rumah sakit rujukan. Dari segi output, RSON telah melayani 29 pasien, dengan mayoritas kunjungan berasal dari Indonesia (22 pasien), mayoritas cabang olahraga yang dirujuk adalah bola tangan (handball) (22 orang), dan diagnosis terbanyak yaitu contusion shoulder dekstra (10%) dan impingement syndrome right shoulder (10%). Adanya variasi jenis dan jumlah angka kejadian cedera atau penyakit, asal negara dan jenis cabang olahraga yang mengalami cedera ataupun penyakit yang dirujuk ke rumah sakit rujukan kompetisi olahraga dapat dipengaruhi oleh lokasi venue yang terdekat dengan rumah sakit rujukan, cabang olahraga yang bertanding di venue tersebut dan tingkat resiko cedera cabang olahraga tersebut, dan faktor lain yang mempengaruhinya.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh angka kejadian cedera pada kejuaraan taekwondo tingkat amatir di Jakarta 2016. Metode. Penelitian menggunakan data primer dari kejuaraan Ambassador Cup (AC) 2016 (n1= 1.180 peserta) dan Jakarta Taekwondo Festival (JTF) 2016 (n2 = 2.440 peserta) di Jakarta, Indonesia. Data diolah secara univariat. Hasil. Angka kejadian cedera pada kejuaraan taekwondo tingkat amatir sebesar 1,66% dari total 3620 peserta, pada AC 26 kasus (2,2%) dan JTF 34 kasus (1,39%). Cedera di kalangan atlet laki – laki 1,02% dibandingkan pada perempuan 0,64%. Usia terbanyak atlet cedera adalah 12-17 tahun dengan jumlah 36 dari total 60 atlet yang cedera pada kedua kompetisi. Seluruh cedera adalah ringan, lokasi cedera terutama kaki sebesar 18,3% dari total 60 orang atlet yang cedera, diikuti tulang kering dan mata 15%, pergelangan kaki 13,3% dan paha 10%. Berdasarkan diagnosis, cedera terbanyak adalah kontusio 36,7% dari total 60 atlet cedera diikuti sprain 25%, epistaksis dan strain 6,7%, laserasi 5%, cramp 3,3% serta diagnosis lain 16,7%. Simpulan. Kompetisi taekwondo tingkat amatir tetap memiliki risiko cedera, terutama kontusio pada kaki. Taekwondo is a martial arts. The study was conducted in Ambassador Cup Championship (ACC) 2016 (n1= 1.180 participants) and in Jakarta Taekwondo Festival (JTF) 2016 (n2 = 2.440 participants). Results. The incidence of injury was 1,66% of total 3.620 participants, 26 (2,2%) in ACC and 34 (1,39%) in JTF; 1,02% among male and 0,64% among female. The injured athletes was mostly 12-17 year-old (36 out of 60 injured athletes in both competitions). All injuries were minor, most injuries was in foot (18,3% of 60 injured athletes), followed by shinbones and eyes (15%), ankles (13,3%), and thighs (10%). Most injuries were contusions (36,7% of 60 injured athletes), followed by sprains (25%), epistaxis and strains (6,7%), lacerations (5%), cramps (3,3%), and other injuries (16,7%). Conclusions. Amateur taekwondo competitions have risk of injuries, most injuries was contusion in foot.

This study aims to analyze the marketing mix of sports medicine services at the National Sports Hospital (RSON) which is viewed from two sides, perception of the hospital management, and athlete's perception represented by special sports school (SKO) Ragunan. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative method approach using in-depth interview techniques, observing hospital marketing activities, reviewing hospital documents and conducting a questionnaire survey about perceptions of SKO Ragunan athletes which was conducted in October 2020. 40 of 133 questionnaire met the criteria for analysis. Most of the respondents had a positive perception (agreed) on the components and items of the marketing mix assessment at RSON with the highest assessment on the people skills / attitudes and the lowest on the aspect of promotion. The management confirmed the suitability of the survey results with the current hospital conditions. Coordination between hospital owners and leaders is required, as well as the evaluation of promotional media used so that marketing strategies, especially those related to promotional activities, can run optimally and on target.

Coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) pandemic and Large-Scale Social Restriction (PSBB) policy in ... more Coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) pandemic and Large-Scale Social Restriction (PSBB) policy in Indonesia caused health problems for athletes, such as mental, psychological, nutritional, decreased maximum oxygen consumption (VO2Max), loss of strength and muscle mass. Athletes are also individuals who are at risk of being infected Covid-19 so they need health care services. This effort is being realized by the National Sports Hospital (RSON). This study aims to explain the athlete's health maintenance activities by RSON during the Covid-19 pandemic, to analyze the possible gaps, and how to overcome them. This research uses descriptive method and case stnudy approach based on the experience of researchers as RSON medical staff and secondary data from March 1, 2020 to July 31, 2020 starting from the preparation stage with system approach (man, money, material, method, machine), implementation stage (promotive, preventive, curative, and rehabilitative), and output. The entire data was then analyzed based on literature. The results showed that RSON was able to make preparations that support athlete health care, such as socialization and screening for covid-19, treatment and rehabilitation of athletes both directly and online media. Some conditions that still have gaps such as the lack of athletes being screened, and not yet doing routine monitoring of athlete's health during the self training period can be overcome by resocialization and starting routine monitoring activities. Activities such as monitoring the athlete's diet, increasing the role in the prevention of covid-19 in disabled athletes, and collaboration with trainers and team management in the "return to play" program after the PSBB period can be started by RSON to optimize athlete health care services.

This research method is descriptive qualitative with triangulation methods, namely observation, indepth interviews with 4 key informants, review of hospital documents, and is equipped with a literature study to match the personnel and equipment available with those found in the literature study.
