This research uses a qualitative approach with content analysis. The documentation material in this research is a podcast video with the title Maudy Ayunda: Kartini Modern Berani Tantang Status Quo [Endgame 53E25] with a duration of 1 hour 29 minutes 15 seconds and taken from the YouTube video sharing site. The total dialog related to adult assumptions is 30 points, including three assumptions, namely the assumption of knowledge needs, self-concept assumptions, and motivational assumptions. Meanwhile, three other assumptions such as experience, learning readiness and learning orientation did not appear. Of the 30 dialog points, the most common is the assumption of knowledge needs with 13 points, while there are 9 dialog points each containing self-concept assumptions and motivational assumptions. Anwar Zahid. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis konten atau analisis isi. Bahan dokumentasi dalam penelitian ini adalah video ceramah dengan judul KH. Anwar Zahid Terbaru 2020 Live Kembangan Kebomas Kabupaten Gresik Jawa Timur dengan durasi 1 jam 59 menit yang diambil dari situs video berbagi Youtube. Total materi dakwah yang berkaitan dengan asumsi pendidikan orang dewasa (andragogy) sebanyak 24 materi yang terhimpun dalam tiga asumsi yakni kebutuhan untuk tahu, konsep diri, serta motivasi. Asumsi lainnya seperti peran pengalaman, kesiapan belajar, maupun orientasi belajar tidak muncul. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Payaman Kecamatan Solokuro Kabupaten Lamongan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif berupa analisis regresi linier berganda dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 95 orang. Hasil penelitian secara deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa tingkat literasi finansial maupun digital mayoritas masuk pada kategori sedang, sedangkan tingkat ketahanan keluarga masuk pada ketegori sangat tinggi. Uji hipotesis menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara literasi finansial terhadap tingkat ketahanan keluarga pekerja migran Indonesia. The informants in this study consisted of government institutions, empowerment activists from social and educational institutions, and the surrounding community. The results of the study show the role of social and educational institutions in empowering Bajulmati people. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) yang berada di Kediri yakni PKBM Pagut, PKBM AL-Madinah, dan PKBM Ar-Rahman. Penelitian ini memakai pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda serta memanfaatkan aplikasi SPSS 24. Teknik sampling menggunakan cluster random sampling dan penghitungan banyaknya sampel menggunakan rumus slovin sehingga diperoleh sebanyak 120 warga belajar sebagai sampel penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kesiapan mental berpengaruh sebesar 58,6% terhadap hasil ujian program kesetaraan dan Nilai korelasi berganda (R) sebesar 0,772 menunjukkan hubungan yang sangat kuat antara nilai variabel bebas dan terikat. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pengelola lembaga maupun warga belajar harus memiliki kondisi mental yang baik agar hasil ujian mendapatkan dampak yang positif

The aim of this study is to reveal the perception of the illiterate in functional literacy programs. This research uses the qualitative approach with the type of phenomenology research. The research was conducted in Kadur Sub-district, Pamekasan Regency. The informants used were 6 persons who were illiterate in the functional literacy program. Data collection techniques use in-depth interviews and documentation studies. Analysis of this research data using Miles and Huberman model. The results of the study show several peceptions that formed in the functional literacy programs. Based on the research, it can be concluded that illiterate people perceive the functional literacy program as a place of fulfilment of desire, including the desire to get reward, acknowledgement, and appreciation of figure. Anak juga mengalami gagap, mengulang suara/suku kata terutama di awal, bicara gagap juga terdengar sebagai perpanjangan suara. Masalah keterlambatan bicara pada anak adalah masalah yang cukup serius yang harus segera ditangani karena keterlambatan bicara merupakan salah satu penyebab gangguan perkembangan yang paling sering ditemukan pada anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ciri problematika dan masalah yang dihadapi serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keterlambatan bicara pada anak dan juga perlakuan yang diberikan oleh orang tua dan lingkungan dalam rangka menanggapi permasalahan ini. Penelitian ini tergolong jenis penelitian kualitatif dikarenakan untuk mendapatkan data maka peneliti harus turun kelapangan dan berada disana serta berbaur dengan subjek penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Narasumber dalam penelitian ini yaitu pihak keluarga, masyarakat dan guru kelas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa problematika anak sulit untuk berbicara lancar, anak mengalami gagap, lebih suka menyendiri, anak tidak banyak berbicara (pendiam). Keadaan Keluarga Anak, karena kedua orangtua sibuk bekerja dapat mengakibatkan pola asuh serta perkembangan anak terganggu terutama perkembangan bahasa anak. Keadaan Lingkungan anak, yaitu tempat tinggal juga mempengaruhi perkembangan bahasa anak.

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of financial and digital literacy of migrant... more The purpose of this study was to determine the level of financial and digital literacy of migrant workers' families in terms of educational background. This study used a quantitative approach with analysis in the form of analysis of variants and kruskal-wallis. The study was conducted in one village in Lamongan Regency, East Java with a total sample of 95 persons. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the level of financial literacy in terms of the educational background of the families of migrant workers. There is significant differences in the level of digital literacy in terms of the educational background of migrant workers' families. Families of migrant workers who have significant differences in the level of digital literacy are groups of primary school graduates to college graduates and junior secondary school graduates to college graduates. The conclusion of this study is that migrant worker families that tend to have low levels of financial literacy and digital literacy are families of migrant workers with a background in primary school (elementary) and junior secondary school. This is even more convincing that the educational background has an influence on one's ability level. This becomes the identification of migrant worker families with educational background who has priority to get intervention in increasing knowledge and skills in the nonformal education programs that are useful for preparing migrant worker families in the industrial revolution era 4.0.

Informants in this study consisted of government institutions, activists empowering from social and educational institutions, and surrounding communities. Data collection uses interviews, documentation and observations and analyzed by miles and huberman models. The results of the study show the role of social and educational institutions in empowering the Bajulmati community. In the economic field, the community is empowered through the use of natural and human potential. In the social field, it is empowered to always be optimistic and independent. As well as in the field of education, the community is empowered through educational institutions that are built, both schooling and education outside the school system. Schooling education aims to increase competitiveness, education outside the schooling system to maintain the culture and noble values of the Bajulmati community.

The aim of this study is to explore how much influence the self-efficacy of English training resu... more The aim of this study is to explore how much influence the self-efficacy of English training results in the form of the TOEFL score. This research used the quantitative approach, with multiple linear regression analysis. The sampling technique used a saturated sample in which the researcher uses 23 persons who are carrying out the TOEFL training. Data collection techniques using the questionnaire in the form of google form and then analyzed using SPSS 24. Data collection tool in the form of the validated questionnaire with all item coefficients greater than 0.3 (r = 0.316 -0.885) and declared reliable with alpha value 0.945. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence simultaneously between self-efficacy with ability variables, the ability to organize, the ability to perform a task, the ability to achieve a goal and implement actions to achieve proficiency in training results in the form of TOEFL score. But partially no significant effect. Effect of self-efficacy with these variables has an effect on the training results in the form of TOEFL score of 64.5%.

This research was conducted in 6 courses and training institutions in East Java and West Java, from March to April 2021. Using a qualitative approach, starting with the distribution of a preliminary questionnaire, then elaborated by in-depth interviews. The results of the study show that the pandemic provides fundamental changes to the governance or management of educational and training institutions starting from planning, implementation and evaluation. At the planning stage, the course and training institutions change the time, goals, and costs to adapt to pandemic conditions, then create digital marketing strategies, and initial assessments for material efficiency.
