Current study focused on the relationship between motorist behaviour, safety and security, parking place and facilities, parking fee and intention to park legally. This study also examines the effect of enforcement factors being the mediator for motorist behaviour, safety and security and the intention to park legally. The results of the study were derived from 419 licensed motorists through convenience sampling and the response was analysed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) and the Smart Partial Least Square software. Business risk is defined as risk arises out of uncertainty of future events. If these events are undesirable or unfavorable for business, damages and losses may happen. Risk arises because it is impossible to forecast risk in advance whether and to what extent a loss will occur. The importance elements in risk-taking are the hope of success and the fear of failure. That is why it is said that risk is a no-win game. For financial institutions, whether it is conventional bank or Islamic bank, making a right decision to finance is often a difficult task to do and crucial as well. A through and strict risk appraisal of the business must be performed and if they are uncomfortable in taking a certain business risk, normally they will then insist on certain terms and conditions with protection in the form of security and guarantees to overcome the risk identified. The objectives of this research is to understand the various types of business risks attached to different businesses as well as to acknowledge that business risk can be mitigated as well through various methods.

The firm's success or failure is determined on employee performance. To improve employee performance and loyalty, senior management recognizes the need of investing in employee happiness and growth. This conceptual research examined the factor influence turnover in the Cosmo Hotel, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. A theoretical framework and model linked to employee turnover intention are also discussed, as well as variables influencing staff turnover in Cosmo Hotel. A questionnaire containing 24 items was given to 97 hotel employees of various levels. The technique utilized in this research was to randomly choose workers from the company and ask them for their personal opinion. The paper ends with recommendations for future research by using various degree of analysis on investigating the impact of turnover intention. This research also found a link between employee turnover intention and behaviour, which may be used in both theory and practice.

Even though this method of business transaction or exchange has started to win the hearts of Malaysian buyers, the element influencing the willingness to purchase online is still unknown. Therefore, the objective of the current study is to examine the element that influence buyer’s intention to purchase online (dependent variable). The independent component is trust to visit the website. A total number of 78 (100 percent) returned questionnaires were accepted, coded and were subject to further analysis. The finding support the hypothesis stated in the current study. The results indicates that website trust contributed 16.1 percent (R2 = 0.161) to the variance in intention to purchase online.

Most traditional concepts of change focus on a temporary transition from current conditions to new conditions and paused. In reality, change will never be over thus, revitalization regards change as a continuous process of renewing the capacity of an organization to adapt to its internal and external pressure. An existing scale was used to operationalize the four components of the proposed change management model. Data was collected through mail surveys of respondents in a public and a private financial institution in Malaysia. Regression analysis was then utilized to assess the relationship between the model components and revitalization. The main independent components are trust and loyalty to website visited. A total number of 78 (100 percent) returned questionnaires were accepted, coded and were subject to further analysis. The findings supports all the hypotheses stated in the current study. The results indicates that website trust contributed 16.1 percent (R 2 = 0.161) and website loyalty contributed 28.6 percent (R 2 = 0.286) respectively to the variance in intention to purchase online.

In view of the limited of study with regards to the concept of Bai‟ Al-Inah and Tawwaruq on perso... more In view of the limited of study with regards to the concept of Bai‟ Al-Inah and Tawwaruq on personal financing, the findings from this study would provide evidence on the understanding of the two concepts, and to determine whether there exists elements of Riba or otherwise in the present medium of personal financing. In addition, the findings of this study can provide a premise whether Tawwaruq is a solution to Bai‟ Al-Inah in personal financing offered by Islamic banksand financial institutions or otherwise. Further, the outcomes may also have some policy implications whereby the policy made can suggest the adoption of Tawwaruq or Bai‟Al-Inah as a best solution to Riba-based personal financing.
