Specifically, little attention has been given to the research aspect of sports in China, even though a large number of research are done in Western countries. The current study explores the relationship between emotion, spirituality, self-talk, self-efficacy, goal-orientation, intrinsic motivation, and sport players’ performance. Objective: The main of this study is to examine the mediation role of knowledge management (KM) w... more Objective: The main of this study is to examine the mediation role of knowledge management (KM) with customer relationship management (CRM) for customer orientation (CO) and technological capabilities (TC) in Sri Lankan travel agencies. Method: Through simple random sampling in this quantitative research, 350 questionnaires were disseminated to travel agencies. The gathered data was subsequently analyzed with SPSS for statistical evaluation and SPSS Amos for Structural Equation Modeling. Results: Contrary to expectations, the results statistically uncover an absence of mediation between KM and CRM concerning CO and TC. This implies that, within the confines of Sri Lankan travel agencies, KM and CRM, albeit pivotal, don't act as direct mediators for CO or TC. As one of the largest volcanoes-tectonic lakes in the world and the biggest lake in Southeast Asia, Lake Toba is visited by both local and international tourists. Most of the tourists who visited the lake shared their experience in several online review platforms, namely TripAdvisor. Hence, the data in this study were analyzed qualitatively using content analysis with thematic coding. The sample used in this study is taken from the TripAdvisor forum. The result of this study highlighted natural and cultural attractions as the two utmost experiences shared by the tourists while visiting Lake Toba. Shopping malls are one of the tourism industry's most attractive and dynamic generators of profit... more Shopping malls are one of the tourism industry's most attractive and dynamic generators of profit. This study focuses on One Utama Shopping Mall, one of the largest and most well-known shopping centres in Malaysia. The research objective is to determine the level of visitor satisfaction at One Utama and understand how it contributes to the mall's growth and retention of clientele. Data are collected by way of stratified random sampling and analysed using SPSS 20.0 software. Results demonstrate a significant relationship between all independent variables related to visitor satisfaction: entertainment activities, management services, and shopping centre design. Moreover, push and pull factors are accounted for in determining motivations for visiting the mall. The conclusions of this study are particularly useful for shopping centre owners and stakeholders looking to promote revenue and growth.

Urban tourism hotels as an important carrier of resource consumption, there is serious environmental damage, under the guidance of global sustainable development goals, urban tourism hotels need to change and innovate management models and methods, low-carbon tourism has become the trend of urban tourism hotel development guidance. Based on this, this paper discusses the current problems in the management of urban tourism hotels in China, and puts forward suggestions for improving management strategies combined with the concept of low-carbon tourism, in order to provide reference for the sustainable development of urban tourism hotels.

This paper presents the results of a qualitative study designed to identify major emergencies whi... more This paper presents the results of a qualitative study designed to identify major emergencies which have affected Jordanian hotels. This paper investigates hotel preparedness for emergencies and look specifically at the barriers which impede successful planning in Jordanian hotels. 36 face-to-face interviews for managers from three, four and five star hotels in Amman and Petra were undertaken. The conclusion presents a wide range of natural and man-made disasters which have placed Jordanian hotels at risk. Cultural mentality, hotel size, management companies, high turnover rates, financial situations and a security-hospitality paradox were all barriers that have impeded emergency planning in Jordanian hotels. This paper emphasizes the governmental role to adopt proactive planning to mitigate the impact and cope with emergencies effectively.
