Pada umumnya Mahasiswa tidak suka melakukan pekerjaan yang berulang dalam waktu yang lama, namun rela menghabiskan banyak waktu untuk bermain game.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat persepsi mahasiswa terhadap penerapan Gamifikasi dalam pembelajaran di Jurusan Teknik Informatika dan Komputer Universitas Negeri Makassar. Penelitian deskriptif ini dilakukan untuk melihat respon mahasiswa setelah dilakukan penerapan Gamifikasi dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif.Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa yang menggunakan metode Gamifikasi sebagai strategi pembelajaran. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 185 orang. Mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Makassar di Jurusan Teknik Informatika dan Komputer yang terdiri dari 2 prodi yaitu Teknik Komputer dan Pendidikan Teknik Informatika dan Komputer. The Effect of Organizational Commitment on The Performance of Education Workers at The Faculty of... more The Effect of Organizational Commitment on The Performance of Education Workers at The Faculty of Tarbiyah And Teaching of UIN Alauddin Makassar The study aimed to analyze the impact that the organization commitment will have on the performance of the Education Force at Tarbiyah and Teachery. In this research there are two variables: Organizational Commitment (X) the labor of education (Y) where populations in this study are all of the education powers of tarbiyah and teachery with more samples taken away 9 respondents using the numbe. Analysis of the data in this study using the statistical descriptive analysis data is simple. Data obtained by the organizational commitments the minimum value is 64% and the maximum value is 72% and for employee performance the minimum value is 61% and the maximum value is 78%, the results of this study identify that aspects of organizational commitments have a positive influence and of the performance of education in the Faculty of Tarbiyah and the Teaching of UIN Alauddin Makassar.
