Dapat dikatakan bahwa kaidah-kaidah tafsir adalah pedoman yang disusun oleh ulama' dengan kajian ... more Dapat dikatakan bahwa kaidah-kaidah tafsir adalah pedoman yang disusun oleh ulama' dengan kajian yang mendalam guna mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal dalam memahami maknamakna al-Qur'an, hukum-hukum, dan berbagai macam petunjuk yang terkandung di dalamnya. Pada pembahasan kali ini, penulis mencoba menjelaskan dengan tujuan bagaimana memahami lafaz nash. Pembahasan-pembahasannya dirinci sedemikian rupa sesuai kepentingannya dalam menangkap pesan-pesan ilahi terutama nash al-Qur'an, dan perlu digarisbawahi bahwa dalam kaidah tafsir mencangkup banyak bagian, salah satu diantaranya teori dalam ranah ilmu Ushul Fiqh yang merupakan bagian dari cabang ilmu keislaman yang secara garis besar membahas tentang bagaimana menggali dan memunculkan hukum syara' dari nash yang ada dalam al-Qur'an. Metode yang digunakan peneliti adalah metode penelitian kualitatif, yang bersandar pada kajian kepustakaan yang bersumber dari beberapa buku dan jurnal. Adapun hasil dari pembahasan ini adalah bahwa mempelajari bahasa Arab merupakan urgensi atau syarat mutlak untuk menarik makna dari pesan al-Qur'an, karena dalam menelaah ilmu Ushul Fiqh sejatinya tidak akan pernah lepas dari bahasa Arab, dalam memahami lafaz dari segi maknanya, baik yang jelas maupun tidak jelas. Lafaz-lafaz yang tidak bisa diartikan secara jelas atau mubham, itulah yang menyebabkan banyak perbedaan penafsiran terhadap lafaz tersebut dan penting untuk dikaji lebih dalam.

It is generally defined that asbāb al-nuzūl is a question or event which is specifically explaine... more It is generally defined that asbāb al-nuzūl is a question or event which is specifically explained by the verse that was revealed and is related to the question or event. QS. Al-Nisa: 54 explains the meaning behind the reproaches of the Jews for the polygamy of the Prophet Muhammad, while QS. Al-Nisa: 59 explains the urgency of ‘aql in understanding naql. This study describes in depth the ‘ibrah of the two asbāb al-nuzūl through a literature review. The historical approach is used as an analytical instrument so that the description of this research can be well narrated chronologically. The researcher concludes from the two asbāb al-nuzūl that hatred causes subjectivity, and the understanding of naql can be rejected if it conflicts with ‘aql. Peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dan merujuk pada sumber data kepustakaan. Pendidikan Islam berwawasan multikultural dilakukan dengan tujuan menanamkan kesadaran dalam pentingnya hidup dengan nilai-nilai kerjasama, toleransi, kerukunan dalam berbagai perbedaan. Sehingga timbul jalan terbaik untuk mengatasi konflik keagamaan. Hal ini difokuskan pada ranah pendidikan karena di dalamnya memiliki karakteristik berfikir terbuka, belajar hidup dalam perbedaan, saling memahami. Dan Pendidikan Islam berwawasan multikultural sebagai jalan keluar dari adanya konflik yang akan atau sedang terjadi. Berfikir dengan cara mendalam seperti pengertian dari filsafat pendidikan Islam akan membantu dalam mengkaji tentang berbagai masalah yang ada hubungannya dengan pendidikan Islam. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah munculnya pemahaman dalam memaknai hakikat pendidikan Islam, bagaimana prinsip, tujuan dan fungsi pendidikan multikultural dalam perspektif filsafat pendidikan Islam.

Abstract In this discussion, researchers get a contemporary problem related to the occurrence of... more Abstract In this discussion, researchers get a contemporary problem related to the occurrence of some deviations, caused by the lack of knowledge about religious teachings and manners in this day and age, one of which is to ignore the business of asking permission, small things that are underestimated will cause other bad things, such as minors who fall into adultery, promiscuity, until moral damage. The result of accidentally seeing what is not yet supposed to be seen, due to lack of knowledge in terms of the importance of asking permission. Therefore, the researcher will study the concept of adab and the command to ask permission in the Qur'an, using the maudhui tafsir approach, which the researcher uses is a qualitative method using literature studies. Instructions in Surat An-Nur, according to Abd al-Hayy Al-Farmawi about ethics in doing isti'dzan is the obligation to first ask permission to the owner of the house if it will be a guest, say hello, and return home if the owner of the House does not want to receive guests, and there are also Ethics in entering public and special houses, especially in doing isti'dzan in private homes. As for the results obtained from this discussion, it is important to put forward all forms of procedures and ethics or morals in doing something, one of which is to get used to asking for permission, and follow all existing norms. Because if small things like this have been ignored, then there will be various forms of bigger problems, and various other deviations appear. Especially in the case of the isti'dan manners practiced in families living in one house. Because it is very fatal if from an early age it is not accustomed to start behaving with good morals. Israiliyah’s narrations, particularly those that focus on historical accounts, are a frequent source of Ad-Dakhil’s influence. The underlying truths about the people’s history in the past are rediscovered in this inquiry using a qualitative methodology or library research. Muslims may also be misled about their faith due to misconceptions about the Israiliyat account in the Qur’an. As a result, they tend to accept and believe in teachings or stories that contain Khuraad and deviations.

Tafsir Bi Al-Ma'tsur is the tafsir of the Qur'an based on the history which includes verse by ver... more Tafsir Bi Al-Ma'tsur is the tafsir of the Qur'an based on the history which includes verse by verse, interpretation of verses with the sunnah of the Messenger and also interpretation with the history of the companions and tabiin. The number of contradictions and problems in interpreting the Tafsir bi Al-Ma'tsur, this should be emphasized because that the Tafsir bi Al-Ma'tsur derived from the Qur'an and the sunnah are considered valid marfu' and must be accepted. While those from the history of sahabat or tabiin are still disputed, whether accepted or not. Although it has many advantages in terms of the source of interpretation, but it is inevitable and there must be weaknesses that have Tafsir Bil-Ma'tsur. The research method used in this discussion is literature. The urgency or results of this research can reveal the books that are sourced from Bil-Ma'tsur Tafsir, especially in the period of scholars ' Mutaqaddimin which has the characteristics of each, both in terms of methods, values, patterns, systematics of writing, opinions of scholars' and so forth.

Pendekatan sejarah digunakan sebagai pisau analisis, sehingga deskripsi penelitian ini dapat dinarasikan dengan baik secara kronologis. Peneliti menyimpulkan dari dua asbāb al-nuzūl tersebut bahwa kebencian itu melahirkan subjektifitas dan pemahaman terhadap naql dapat ditolak jika bertentangan dengan 'aql.

This study concludes that the connection between the Quran and existing technological advancements is very close, as everything that exists and happens has been clearly written in the Quran.

It is related to the discussion of the issue of qiraat, and which has been known and discussed by several previous authors, that the qiraat consists into several discussions, there is a linkage of qiraat shahih and there is also qiraat that is shadh. Because of the existence of qiraat shadh, here the author wants to study more deeply related to its influence when viewed from legal issues, because this qiraat is a qiraat that has some shortcomings, and moreover will affect other sciences if not studied more deeply about its understanding. The research method used in this discussion is literature or literature. The result and conclusion that can be drawn from this discussion is the acceptance of qiraat shadh by certain schools or traditions and vice versa. And it would be nice to avoid using something that is still unclear and if it still has many shortcomings and is also not qualified, especially in covering legal issues.

As the Times began to emerge some differences of opinion related to the validity of the interpretation of bi Al-Ma'tsur, it should be emphasized that the interpretation of bi Al-Ma'tsur derived from the Qur'an and sunnah sahih assessed marfu' and must be accepted. While those from the history of friends or tabiin are still disputed, whether they are accepted or not. Although it has many advantages in terms of the source of interpretation, but it can not be avoided and there must be weaknesses that this interpretation of Bil-Ma'tsur. The research method used in this discussion is literature. The urgency or the results of this study can critically examine the approach related to the interpretation of bil-Ma'tsur in which each interpretation has its own characteristics, both in terms of method, value, style, systematics of writing, opinions of scholars' and so forth.

The result of accidentally seeing what is not yet supposed to be seen, due to lack of knowledge in terms of the importance of asking permission. Therefore, the researcher will study the concept of adab and the command to ask permission in the Qur'an, using the maudhui tafsir approach, which the researcher uses is a qualitative method using literature studies. Instructions in Surat An-Nur, according to Abd al-Hayy Al-Farmawi about ethics in doing isti'dzan is the obligation to first ask permission to the owner of the house if it will be a guest, say hello, and return home if the owner of the House does not want to receive guests, and there are also Ethics in entering public and special houses, especially in doing isti'dzan in private homes. As for the results obtained from this discussion, it is important to put forward all forms of procedures and ethics or morals in doing something, one of which is to get used to asking for permission, and follow all existing norms. Because if small things like this have been ignored, then there will be various forms of bigger problems, and various other deviations appear. Especially in the case of the isti'dan manners practiced in families living in one house. Because it is very fatal if from an early age it is not accustomed to start behaving with good morals. The underlying truths about the people’s history in the past are rediscovered in this inquiry using a qualitative methodology or library research. The number of contradictions and problems in interpreting the Tafsir bi Al-Ma'tsur, this should be emphasized because that the Tafsir bi Al-Ma'tsur derived from the Qur'an and the sunnah are considered valid marfu' and must be accepted. While those from the history of sahabat or tabiin are still disputed, whether accepted or not. Although it has many advantages in terms of the source of interpretation, but it is inevitable and there must be weaknesses that have Tafsir Bil-Ma'tsur. The research method used in this discussion is literature. The urgency or results of this research can reveal the books that are sourced from Bil-Ma'tsur Tafsir, especially in the period of scholars ' Mutaqaddimin which has the characteristics of each, both in terms of methods, values, patterns, systematics of writing, opinions of scholars' and so forth.

It is generally defined that asbāb al-nuzūl is a question or event which is specifically explaine... more It is generally defined that asbāb al-nuzūl is a question or event which is specifically explained by the verse that was revealed and is related to the question or event. QS. Al-Nisa: 54 explains the meaning behind the reproaches of the Jews for the polygamy of the Prophet Muhammad, while QS. Al-Nisa: 59 explains the urgency of 'aql in understanding naql. This study describes in depth the 'ibrah of the two asbāb al-nuzūl through a literature review. The historical approach is used as an analytical instrument, so that the description of this research can be well narrated chronologically. The researcher concludes from the two asbāb al-nuzūl that hatred causes subjectivity, and the understanding of naql can be rejected if it conflicts with 'aql. Secara umum, asbāb al-nuzūl dapat didefinisikan sebagai pertanyaan atau kejadian yang dijelaskan secara spesifik oleh ayat yang turun dan terkait dengan pertanyaan atau kejadian tersebut. Turunnya QS. Al-Nisa: 54 menjelaskan makna dibalik celaan orang Yahudi terhadap poligami Rasulullah SAW, sedangkan QS. Al-Nisa: 59 menerangkan urgensi 'aql dalam memahami naql. Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan secara mendalam 'ibrah dari dua asbāb al-nuzūl tersebut melalui kajian kepustakaan. Pendekatan sejarah digunakan sebagai pisau analisis, sehingga deskripsi penelitian ini dapat dinarasikan dengan baik secara kronologis. Peneliti menyimpulkan dari dua asbāb al-nuzūl tersebut bahwa kebencian itu melahirkan subjektifitas dan pemahaman terhadap naql dapat ditolak jika bertentangan dengan 'aql.

This study concludes that the connection between the Quran and existing technological advancements is very close, as everything that exists and happens has been clearly written in the Quran.

It is related to the discussion of the issue of qiraat, and which has been known and discussed by several previous authors, that the qiraat consists into several discussions, there is a linkage of qiraat shahih and there is also qiraat that is shadh. Because of the existence of qiraat shadh, here the author wants to study more deeply related to its influence when viewed from legal issues, because this qiraat is a qiraat that has some shortcomings, and moreover will affect other sciences if not studied more deeply about its understanding. The research method used in this discussion is literature or literature. The result and conclusion that can be drawn from this discussion is the acceptance of qiraat shadh by certain schools or traditions and vice versa. As the Times began to emerge some differences of opinion related to the validity of the interpretation of bi Al-Ma'tsur, it should be emphasized that the interpretation of bi Al-Ma'tsur derived from the Qur'an and sunnah sahih assessed marfu' and must be accepted. While those from the history of friends or tabiin are still disputed, whether they are accepted or not. Although it has many advantages in terms of the source of interpretation, but it can not be avoided and there must be weaknesses that this interpretation of Bil-Ma'tsur. The research method used in this discussion is literature. The urgency or the results of this study can critically examine the approach related to the interpretation of bil-Ma'tsur in which each interpretation has its own characteristics, both in terms of method, value, style, systematics of writing, opinions of scholars' and so forth.
