Management of education in an educational institution is an important part that should not be for... more Management of education in an educational institution is an important part that should not be forgotten, because efficiency and effectiveness for increasing work productivity are highly demanded in an effort to improve the quality of educational institutions. The purpose of this study was to describe the comparative curriculum for early childhood education with a school-based management approach, namely the comparative Amanah Play Group in the countryside and the Sakinah Play Group in the city. This study uses a qualitative comparative approach. The technique of collecting data uses observation, interviews, and documentation. Data collected from the technique is analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and verification (conclusion). Based on the results of data analysis, findings can be found that: (1) the planning phase of the Amanah Play Group curriculum is less detailed, only contains an outline, different from the planning activities of the Sakinah Play Group in more detailed and planned; (2) the organizing curriculum of the Amanah Play Group and the Sakinah Play Group are well organized including organizing in the framework of planning, implementation and evaluation, the difference in determining homeroom and center tutors, organizing curricula in Amanah Playgroups includes intra curriculum, curriculum plus, habituation , extra curriculum, while organizing the curriculum in the Sakinah Play Group includes an extra intra and curriculum curriculum; (3) the implementation phase of the intra curriculum in the Amanah Play Group and the Sakinah Play Group is a central approach (BCCT), while the similarity between the Amanah Play Group and the Sakinah Play Group in the extra curriculum implementation (4) curriculum evaluation stage is carried out curriculum review and educator process evaluation and students. Through a simple analysis and study of the comparison of early childhood education curricula with a school-based management approach, we obtain very important information that curriculum management and planning are well structured, including rural and urban areas, which of course have an impact on the quality of institutions. Furthermore, it is time for educational institutions and institution leaders to pay serious attention to the management of early childhood education institutions with a school-based management approach.

One such environmental alternative is a kindergarten school. The curriculum in kindergarten is an important concern, as it is a set of learning activities and plans that have been formulated. The application of thematic-based curriculum in early childhood learning through field trip method becomes something interesting because thematic learning is a learning that provides meaningful experience to children, and combined with concrete learning one of them is field trip study, which is a way of presenting lesson material with takes the student directly to the object to be studied outside the classroom. The application of thematic based curriculum in early childhood learning through field trip method, for example related to paddy rice theme. Teachers invite children to visit directly kesawah as the implementation of the theme that has been given to the child and invited directly involved in the process of observing farmers and trying to plant rice directly. The curriculum in the form of theme and field trip methods enables the child to involve himself in all the arenas they are learning and to keep them interested in a topic with a curious attitude and direct activities of the spaciousness, so that the learning that takes place can provide a meaningful experience.

The research method used is descriptive research. Data collection techniques used observations, and interviews and data analysis used is descriptive analysis. The results showed that there is a desire and enthusiasm in play so that stimulus introduction of numbers in early childhood with the concept of playing while learning can be done. Thus, it can be said that the activities of playing while learning through mathematical games on android media good impact to the early childhood mathematical stimulus.

Android is currently often used in the general public so that more and more commonplace. Unfortunately, people only know the utilization of Android as a medium of information, as well as early childhood who can only use Android as a game. It would be nice if the use and utilization of the android were used as a positive thing through the learning process. In addition to playing through singing, methods are one way to stimulate early childhood language development. Singing can add early childhood vocabulary so that it can develop aspects of early childhood language development. The stage of development of children aged 2-7 years is their process of recognizing the symbol. According to Freud (in Dahar, 1989) that in the pre-operational period children can do something as a result of imitating or observing a behavioral model and being able to perform symbolically. Android can actually be used as a medium of learning in stimulating early childhood language skills by including singing video that appeals to children. This, android can be applied to offline or online with Students Centered Learning (SCL). By learning through singing methods using android based media on child language development may be more effective. Because singing is a fun activity that children love. The method of singing is a method of learning that uses poetry-poetry that singing (Fadillah, 2012). Singing makes the learning atmosphere to be cheerful and passionate so that the development of the language of the child can be stimulated optimally.
