Education is generally seen as an intentional effort to teach knowledge, develop skills, and shape character. Beyond the general dimensions, much scholarly conversation exists about this phenomenon's specific properties. Education can be perceived as a dynamic process that occurs within formal schooling, instructional techniques, and knowledge gain. Another view sees education as an outcome rather than a process. This notion emphasizes the cognitive and affective circumstances of formal education recipients. The essay elaborated on Hofstede's cultural dimensions and the VARK theory by Fleming. This qualitative research essay and literature review examine the importance of blended learning, culture, learning style, and artificial intelligence (AI) in teaching and learning in higher education. In conclusion. achievement, engagement, involvement, retention, and cognitive results show that BL improves learners' efficacy. BL delivery, performance, assessment, and motivation also affect academic staff success. More excellent racially and linguistically diverse students mean more significant duties for teachers. Today, they must meet educational, institutional, interpersonal, and intrapersonal criteria to serve all students. Different teaching strategies benefit students regardless of their learning style. It means that instructional designers should develop an inclusive learning environment that meets all students' requirements, not just certain learning styles. AI could transform education. AI can improve education, solve critical issues, and speed SDG 4 progress.

The study opens with a brief history of Russia and China, focusing on how their relationship and economic links have evolved. The paper continues with a discussion of the theoretical foundation for the research, which is based on economic theories of commerce and currency exchange rates. The literature review is an in-depth examination of published works dealing with Russian and Chinese collaboration and its effects on the international economy. The report then outlines the methodology utilized to gather and evaluate the data, which includes a single-case study design utilizing a range of qualitative methods. The findings of this research underline the relevance of the cooperation between Russia and China in developing trade between the two nations and the possibility of the acceptance of the Yuan as a worldwide currency. The analysis also shows the geopolitical ramifications of the partnership between Russia and China, especially regarding the United States. This study highlights the Russian and Chinese collaboration's intricate and multifaceted nature and its effects on the global economy and governance. The findings raise important questions about the future of international commerce and the Role of emerging powers in shaping the global economy, which imply that collaboration between Russia and China has considerable ramifications for the global order.

A more prevalent problem is the imbalance in leadership between males, females, and other communities. However, the statistics show a positive trend toward equality over the past few years, as more organizations employ more women in leadership positions. There is more campaign toward equality in workplaces and breaking structures and cultures that necessitate disparities. Some causes of the disparity include stereotyping, workplace harassment, segregation, and existing organizational cultures and structures that promote a patriarchal system. The existing societal gender roles/essentialism and social constructionism can explain these causes. Nonetheless, organizations miss out on the benefits of being a gender-equal company and face the consequences of promoting an imbalanced workplace full of conflict and harassment. Bridging the gap of this social inequality requires promoting policies that empower women and offer them a chance to be in the limelight. By improving workplace gender balance, we move toward an equal society and break the illusions of patriarchy and gendered cultures.

This research study looks at the effect of artificial intelligence (AI) on project managerial decision-making. The article looks at the value, consistency, and capacity of data composed by Artificial Intelligence technologies, then provided to the project administrator to help them make project results. After reviewing previous studies, including reading multiple scholarly journals and collecting data from various regions, and a pilot study, which included interviews with 15 Subject Matter Experts, four themes emerged namely; Preparation and teamwork/collaboration across the board increase data quality, Artificial Intelligence in PM is straightforward to deploy in service-related firms, particularly in the financial enterprise, including insurance and banking, and Organizations that uses AI to collect data increase authenticity and decision-making quality by uncovering patterns. The ability to identify risks with the help of AI aids in developing sound judgments. The research concluded that Artificial Intelligence applications improve data authenticity and consistency, leading to faster and more effective decision-making in solitary and various project situations. Artificial Intelligence will not be an option; it will be a necessary component of companies survival approach.

Economists generally agree that economic development and growth are influenced by four factors: human resources, physical capital, natural resources, and technology. These determinants of economic growth are inter-related factors influencing the growth rate of an economy. Economic growth measured by GDP means the increase of the growth rate of GDP, but what determines the increase of each component is very different. The purpose of this study is to explore and understand the economic effects of increasing female work participation which can lead to growth in GDP and global prosperity. The case study was focused on the situation in the Netherlands. The findings show that the proportion of women working part-time is extremely higher than the men, the share of women occupying a top position in the public and private sector is lower than the share of men, and a law is being tabled in the Dutch parliament which would force listed companies to have at least a third of women on their supervisory board. Gender equality in STEM education and occupation is significantly low, the wage pay gap between men and women is shrinking at a low rate, and the gender gap becomes apparent in jobs with hourly wages of 30 euros or higher, in which men are over-represented in terms of the wage distribution. If women were to participate in the world of work identically to men, an additional $28 trillion, or 26 percent of incremental global GDP, could be achieved in 2025. Recommendations are provided that may be useful in the Netherlands and the world at large.

The sample consists of eight BioTech firms producing a COVID-19 vaccine, which is approved in at least one foreign market besides the home market in March 2021. The findings suggest that the sample firms are able to identify and to scale international market opportunities early and fast using different market entry modes, networks, and access to capital with governments, civil society, and within their own industry. The findings of our study contribute to the research about BioTech INVs and the speed of internationalization. We call for further qualitative research including interviews with subject-matter experts to better understand the internationalization behaviour of BioTech firms producing a COVID-19 vaccine.

The research methodology that has been considered in this study is a qualitative, multiple-case study to gain valuable insight about the internationalization behavior of BioTech firms producing a COVID 19 vaccine, and how and why these BioTech firms internationalize. Secondary data was collected via various websites, the BioTech firms’ official websites, through corporate documents, press releases, published articles, journals, and annual reports. The data analysis disclosed four themes to answer the research questions. The findings from the qualitative analysis, suggest that BioTech firms producing a COVID-19 vaccine use the combination of multiple market entry modes and expansion strategies to internationalize. The first limitation of this research is the sample size used in the multiple-case study. Secondly, although most of the information was from the websites of the firms in this paper, other sources were also used and that could raise the issue of quality and trustworthiness. There is a call for further research to explore the internationalization process, behaviour, and patterns of BioTech firms producing a COVID-19 vaccine using different methodologies, sample size, the industry, and firms from other continents to close the gap.
