Kadızâdeliler-Sivâsîler mücadelesi şeklinde adlandırılan olayların yaşandığı bu dönemde, sûfîlerin çeşitli ithamlarla karşılaştığı görülmektedir. Dönem sûfîleri tarafından kendilerini savunmak amacıyla çeşitli risâleler kaleme alınmıştır. Bunlar içerisinde iki farklı akaid metninin telif edildiği görülmektedir. Bu metinler, Abdülmecîd Sivâsî'nin Dürer-i Akaid'i ile Karabaş Velî'nin Nesefî Akaidi'ne yaptığı şerhtir. Makalede, inanç esasları üzerine yazılmış olan bu iki eserin, yazılış gâyeleri, kaynakları, muhtevâları ve özellikle dönem şartlarının bu eserlerin telifleri üzerindeki etkilerine değinilmeye çalışılmıştır.The seventeenth century of the Ottoman State is one of the troublesome periods for the Sufis. This study, which is designed according to the basic qualitative research approach, uses document analysis to data collection and uses descriptive content analysis to analysis of the data. As a result of the research, the doctoral thesis associated with creative writing is becoming more and more frequent as it approaches today. Turkish education and Classroom education researchers are more prone to creative writing. The examples of doctoral theses prepared in relation to creative writing are mostly primary and secondary school students. In two theses, undergraduate students and TÖMER students are included as examples in one thesis. In experimental studies, the most frequently preferred application time is 12 weeks.

Literatürde, özellikle kurgusal nitelikli metinlerin değerler bağlamında incelendiği görülmektedi... more Literatürde, özellikle kurgusal nitelikli metinlerin değerler bağlamında incelendiği görülmektedir. Gezi kitapları hakkında bu tarz çalışmalara pek rastlanmamaktadır. Bu doğrultuda da çalışmanın amacını, Gülten Dayıoğlu'nun Bambaşka Bir Ülke Amerika'ya Yolculuk adlı gezi kitabının kök değerler bağlamında incelenmesi oluşturmaktadır. Temel nitel araştırma deseni ile oluşturulan çalışmada, verilerin toplanmasında doküman incelemesi, verilerin analizinde ise betimsel analiz yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda, çocuklar için yazılmış gezi yazısı türünde olan Bambaşka Bir Ülke Amerika'ya Yolculuk adlı eserde kök değerlerin tümü tespit edilmiştir. Eserde en sık tespit edilen kök değer öz denetim olurken, öz denetimi sevgi değeri takip etmektedir. Eserde en az sayıda tespit edilen kök değer ise dürüstlük olmuştur. Bambaşka Bir Ülke Amerika'ya Yolculuk adlı eserin kök değerler açısından zengin bir içeriğe sahip olduğu ifade edilebilir.

Bir taraftan kokeni olmayan cesitli Islâmi hareketler pes pese ortaya cikarken ote yandan vaz‘-i cedid icin kesf-i kadim cabalari gorulmektedir. Bunun temelinde uc ana unsur goze carpmaktadir. Yazanin mutebahhir kisiligi, eserin mufassal/ hacimli olusu ve mecâzi dil kullanimi. Bu maddelerden ozellikle ikinci madde, secme ve ozetleme/intihâb-ihtisâr turu calismalara zemin hazirlarken, birinci ve ucuncu maddeler ise serh turu calismalara zemin hazirlamistir. XVI. yuzyil Mevlevilerinden Edirne Mevlevihânesi seyhi Yusuf Sinecâk, Mesnevi’den bir secki hazirlayarak adini Cezire-i Mesnevi koymustur. Bu makalenin konusunu bir Nakşî-Hâlidî şeyhi olan Kaşıkçı Ali Rıza Efendi (1883-1969) oluşturmakt... more Bu makalenin konusunu bir Nakşî-Hâlidî şeyhi olan Kaşıkçı Ali Rıza Efendi (1883-1969) oluşturmaktadır. Osmanlı'nın son dönemi Hâdim ve Konya medreselerinde eğitim görmüştür. 1920 sonrasında ise Tasavvuf yoluna intisap etmiştir. Sayıca fazla olmasa da eserler vermiş olan Ali Rıza Efendi bunları, "terki diyâr" diye ifade ettiği Medîne'ye göç etmesinden sonraki ikāmeti esnâsında yazmıştır. Müellefâtı ağırlıklı olarak manzûmdur. Mensûr eserlerinin içerisinde de çok sayıda şiir yer alır. Ali Rıza Efendi'nin hayatındaki dönüm noktalarından birisi Menemen hadisesidir. Kaşıkçı'nın şeyhi Erbilli Esad Efendi'nin merkezinde yer aldığı iddia edilen hadise, tüm memleket sathındaki Nakşîleri etkilediği gibi Kaşıkçı'yı da etkilemiştir. Bu olay sonucunda hapse atılmış ve memleketi terk etmek zorunda kalmıştır. Kaşıkçı, Batılılaşma yönündeki Türk Modernleşmesi'ne tepkilidir. Frenkleşme, Frengistan'ı taklit şeklinde adlandırdığı batılılaşmayı; dînî terminoloji ile "âdât-ı küffâr" ve "bid'at" diye ifade ederek muhalefetini dile getirmiştir. Bunun temelinde ise dönüşümlerin şeriata aykırı olduğu düşüncesi vardır. Nakşîliğin şeriat konusundaki hassasiyeti burada temâyüz etmiştir. Ali Rıza Efendi, tanığı olduğu değişimler hakkında olumsuz kanâatinin sonucu olarak yaşadığı zaman dilimine dâir yaklaşımı da son derece olumsuzdur. Onun kötümser yaklaşımı sadece Anadolu hakkında değil özelde İslam Dünyası genelde ise dünyanın tamamına dâirdir. Kıyâmeti beklediğini gösteren ifadeler eserlerinde yer alır. Zira ona göre nizâm-ı âlem bozulmuştur. Kaşıkçı'nın Batılılaşma muhâlefetinin arka planında, bunların şeriata aykırı olduğu düşüncesi ile insanın yaratılış gâyesine dâir farklı bakışı yatmaktadır. This article examines the role of the margin of appreciation doctrine, which is developed by the ... more This article examines the role of the margin of appreciation doctrine, which is developed by the European Court of Human Rights and used in determination of the obligations of the contracting States arising from the Convention, in the case-law of the Court. Having discussed the emergence and legitimacy of the doctrine, the role of it in each of the five stages where the Court examines whether there is a violation of a Convention right has been scrutinized. These stages are; a) whether there is a right and an interference with it? b) is there positive obligations of the contracting state? c) is interference lawfull? d) does interference have a lagitimate aim? e) is interference necessary? In this analysis it has been discussed whether the role attributed to the margin of appreciation doctrine by ECtHR is correct on the basis of Dworkin's theoretical framework about the role of judge in hard cases. Article concludes that margin of appreciation doctrine can be functional only if political questions are distinguished from legal issues. Accordingly, a decision about whether a right is in the scope of the Convention is a legislative issue, that is, it has a political nature and there is a room for the doctrine in this area. On the other hand, a decision about how far a right can be interfered is a legal problem and the Court should establish universal standards.

The article examines the effect of inflation on legal relationships and how far a state can be he... more The article examines the effect of inflation on legal relationships and how far a state can be held responsible for those effects under Article 1 of the Protocol 1 to the European Convention on Human Rights. First, the effect of inflation on private law relationships and public law relationships is examined separately at a theoretical level and then the Convention organs' relevant jurisprudence is evaluated within this framework. The author concludes that while the Convention organs were too timid to find a violation of property rights relating to the effect of inflation in their early years, it can be observed that interpretation of the Convention has been changing slowly. Following the Akkus case the inflation phenomenon became a factor in the breach of property rights. There are still few situations in which the Court has taken the impact of inflation fully into account. Although the Court has provided some shelter against the effect of inflation, it has not established clear criteria for evaluating the effect of inflation on property rights.

Interest in the tribological properties of plasma nitriding has increased substantially over the ... more Interest in the tribological properties of plasma nitriding has increased substantially over the past years because plasma nitriding provides a high nitride depth and improved hard facing. The present study examines the tribological properties of AISI HI1 plasma nitrided, hot-worked steel. Different nitriding temperatures and durations were considered. Characterization of the composite structures was investigated with wear tests, x-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and microhardness tests. The depth profile of the nitrided zone was measured using the nuclear reaction analysis (NRA) technique. Plasma nitriding affected the microhardness, wear properties, and morphology considerably. Increase in process temperature increased the nitride zone depth.

The cold forging method has been widely used in industry to produce machine parts. In general, ge... more The cold forging method has been widely used in industry to produce machine parts. In general, gears are produced by shaping or hobbing. One of the shaping techniques is precision forging, which has several advantages over hobbing. In the present study, cold forging of spur gears from Ti-6AI-4V material is introduced. To improve the surface properties of the resulting gears, plasma nitriding was carried out. Nuclear reaction analysis was carried out to obtain the nitrogen concentration, while the micro-PIXE technique was used to determine the elemental distribution in the matrix after forging and nitriding processes. Scanning electron microscopy and x-ray powder diffraction were used to investigate the metallurgical changes and formation of nitride components in the surface region. Microhardness and friction tests were carried out to measure the hardness depth profile and friction coefficient at the surface. Finally, scoring failure tests were conducted to determine the rotational speed at which the gears failed. Three distinct regions were obtained in the nitride region, and at the initial stages of the scoring tests, failure in surface roughness was observed in the vicinity of the tip of the gear tooth. This occurred at a particular rotational speed and work input.
