Alexandre F . P . MARTIN
Hi, I’m Alexandre MARTIN, I’m a former blue-collar worker who worked in a postal center until 2009. Now, I’m interested in the various fields of application of artificial intelligence (AI) (management, economics, finance…) for companies. I’m also interested in the use of AI in healthcare, agriculture and energy management. In short, the use of AI for the good of humanity and the ethics of AI. In my spare time, I’m also interested in the use of AI in cultural fields (archaeology, the arts…). My career path is very atypical. As mentioned above, I started my career as a manual worker. Then in 2009, I started studying IT (network and systems) until 2019. In 2019, I worked on a temporary basis for 6 months as an Information Systems consultant at CEGELEC CEM. I wrote documents on information systems security (user and administrator charters, information systems security policy and IT profile management…). In July 2021, I did an observation internship at INNOTELOS as a consultant in Business Organization and Management. During this internship, my main mission was to improve the business development strategy of a French SME.From September 2021 to September 2023, I worked as a systems analyst/integrator on the Flexi T.L.V. project, under the joint responsibility of the IUT2 Learning Lab Department and the Direction Générale Déléguée des Systèmes d’Information de l’Université Grenoble Alpes, in the Systems team. In the field of AI: Since 2021, I have been a member of the Business Analystic Institute (associate consultant) and a member since 2023 of the Association of AI Ethics. I was interviewed by philosopher Carlo Mazzucchelli in 2021 on the future of AI and the use of new technologies (Humans are a danger to themselves). Along with Emma Pitzalis and Lee Schlenker, I co-authored an article on the implementation of AI in human resources management (RH 4.0 : L’AI au service de la fonction RH, un parcours miné). Since March 2022, I’ve been publishing a newsletter on Muse™ for which I’m co-editor. As well as setting up a Muse™ that covers topics related to AI, blockchain technologies (cryptocurrencies, NFT…), Web3 as well as other new technologies. On this mini-site, you’ll find links to my other sites [Muse™ and Times of AI™ (under construction)], to my publications and links to my social networks. Looking forward to dialoguing with you. Alexandre MARTIN

Thank you for your patience and interest in my work.
However, there is a hidden cost that few people are aware of. This is the environmental cost (carbon dioxide [CO2] emissions) of training an AI model.
