Sexual education has not yet been included in the academic curriculum in elementary or high schools in Indonesia. Sexual education is still thematic and conducted when meeting the right moment that is not planned. The purpose of this study is to increase knowledge about sexual problem prevention behavior for children using serial card education media. This is a quasi-experimental study to increase the sexual knowledge among respondents by using serial card as education media. Study was conducted in October 2020 to 53 students of 6th grade (11-13 years old) of SDN 36 Gunung Sarik that chosen with purposive sampling. A phenomenological qualitative approach is used in this study. The participants of this study were 2 students and 1 female student of the psychology faculty who are Christian and come from the Batak and Minahasa ethnic groups, who are currently studying in semesters I, V and VII. The results of the research show that carrying out the process of adjustment by conformity, fostering positive perceptions, motivating oneself to learn, conducting effective communication, building relationships, and being active in self-development activities. This study aims to determine the picture of single mother resilience after divorce and the factors that affect single moter resilience after divorce. The subjects in this study were two single mothers in Pantai Raja Village, Perhentian Raja District, Kampar Regency. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative research method with a case study approach and the data collection used is interviews and observations. The results of this study showed that the two subjects of the study had good resilience, where after divorce each subject had the ability of a variety of resilience processes. This is in accordance with the ability of both subjects to overcome a problem and the subject's ability to be able to adapt and socialize with the surrounding environment.

The purpose of this study is to analyze and evaluate SIMA implementation in the JTB-PEPC Gas drilling project, and using qualitative research methods with data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study show that the SIMA implementation to improve employee performance in the JBT-PEPC Gas drilling project has been running Process by producing faster drilling times than the target and can reduce the number of work accidents, but in SIMA implementation there are still some findings that have not been maximized, because they are still found violations that can affect employee performance will cause work accidents and employee discipline is still low in the use of PPE.

The purpose of this study was to determine the respondents' compliance behaviors towards the PSBB regulations according to the Health Belief Model. This cross-sectional study was conducted at a private university in Jakarta using quantitative methods. Data collection was carried out on July 2020, where 116 respondents were selected and recruited in the study using convenience non-probability sampling. Online self-administered questionnaire was used to collect data. The independent variables were adopted from Health Belief Model theory. Population all women suffering discriminationTa cancer totaled 319 people, this research uses Simple Random Sampling with a sample of 178 samples with assay Chi-Square. Results: The results showed that There is a relationship between age (p= 0.000), parity (p= 0.000) and a history of the use of hormonal (KBp= 0.000) with the incidence of breast cancer in women where p α value < (0.05) as for the (family historyp= 0.358) tidak there relationship with the occurrence of breast cancer in women where p > value α (0.05). Conclusion: There are the relationship between age, parity, the use of hormonal contraception with a serious breast cancer and no relationship with a family history of breast cancer in women Regional General Hospital Ulin Banjarmasin.

This study compared the two generations, X and Y, on smartphone addictive behaviour. It is important to understand their addiction to smartphones. Two hundred thirty-six participants were recruited using a Facebook advertisement, consisting of 122 males and 114 females aged 16 to 55. The smartphone addiction scale-malay (SAS-M) was used to assess smartphone addiction. The data was analysed using IBM SPSS. The result shows that Gen Y is more addicted to a smartphone than Gen X for all components of SAS-M, but there is no significant difference between female and male users for both generations in smartphone usage. In addition, there is a significant difference in the cyberspace-oriented relationship between Gen X and Gen Y.
