Penggunaan kamera pengintai sudah lazim digunakan pada tempat atau ruangan yang dianggap rawan, t... more Penggunaan kamera pengintai sudah lazim digunakan pada tempat atau ruangan yang dianggap rawan, tidak hanya memantau tapi juga dapat memberikan rasa aman bagi penggunanya. Penelitian ini membahas deteksi api dan deteksi gerak menggunakan webcam untuk keamanan ruangan. Deteksi api menggunakan metoda threshold nilai RGB api dengan membandingkan setiap frame citra yang ditangkap oleh webcam sebagai input data, pada deteksi gerakan menggunkan algoritma blob calculation. Sistem peringatan digunakan sms gateway dan mengirim gambar pada server yang telah ditentukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rentang nilai RGB api lilin 218-248, 240-250, 242-252 dan penggunaan deteksi gerakan melengkapi dari sistem keamanan yang dibangun. The most important problem on the Internet is domination resource and bandwidth by some user, meanwhile other user did not get resource and bandwidth properly. To solve that problem we need to implement traffic control and bandwidth management system in router. In this research the author will implement Hierarchical Token Bucket algorithm as a queue discipline (qdsic) to produce bandwidth management properly. The final result on this research is management bandwidth cheaply and efficiently by using Hierarchical Token Bucket qdisc on router with linux operating system. Abstrak-Bandwidth adalah nilai hitung atau perhitungan konsumsi transfer data telekomunikasi yang dihitung dalam satuan bit per detik atau yang biasa disingkat bps yang terjadi antara komputer server dan komputer client dalam waktu tertentu dalam sebuah jaringan komputer. Salah satu masalah terpenting dari jaringan internet adalah pendominasian sumberdaya jaringan dan bandwidth oleh sejumlah pengguna tertentu sementara pengguna yang lain tidak dapat memperoleh bandwidth yang semestinya mereka dapatkan. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut perlu diterapkannya traffic control dan sistem pengaturan bandwidth pada router. Pada penelitian ini penulis ingin menerapkan algoritma Hierarchical Token Bucket sebagai disiplin antriannya untuk mendapatkan pengaturan bandwidth yang akurat, sehinga pengguna layanan dapat mendapatkan bandwidth sebagaimana mestinya. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah terbentuknya suatu manajemen bandwidth yang murah dan efisien dengan menggunakan disiplin antrian Hierarchical Token Bucket pada Sistem Operasi Linux yang mampu mengatur penggunaan bandwidth sesuai dengan diinginkan.

But, a scheme of finance was needed to develop the alternative. This research was intended to examine profit sharing and risk sharing model for developing rami materials as alternative for textile industry at Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Wanaraja Garut, by identifying factors affecting profit sharing scheme. Other objectives are addressing factors influencing risk level, in order to design decision support system (DSS) for competitive profit sharing, and developing standard operation procedures to judge feasibility study for rami trees and textile industrial based on rami materials.
