The most important mistakes, which are the most important means that the electric power facility can resort to existing responsibility in accordance with Article (219) of the Iraqi Civil Law, which is responsible for fulfilling acts, and means of payment of existing responsibility because of things, which are supposed to guess in accordance with it Article (231) Iraqi civilians were prove the foreign cause that interrupts the causal relationship through the existence of the state of force or the damage caused by the mistake of the damage alone or returned to the act of others.
