Взаємодія вищої освіти та ринку праці-це складний і багатогранний процес, що потребує постійної уваги й удосконалення, є актуальним у будь-який час, оскільки впливає на економічний розвиток країни, соціальну структуру суспільства та рівень життя населення. Аналіз наукової літератури показує, що взаємодію вищої освіти з ринком праці широко досліджують як в європейському, так і в українському науковому дискурсі, проте з фокусом на різні аспекти проблеми. Зроблено огляд законодавчих і нормативних актів, які регулюють взаємодію вищої освіти та ринку праці в Україні. Сформульовано теоретичні витоки ключових ідей взаємодії вищої освіти та ринку праці, ґрунтуючись на працях світових класиків (економістів, філософів, соціологів, педагогів), ідеї яких допомагають краще зрозуміти природу цієї проблеми та розробити ефективні шляхи її вирішення. Охарактеризовано зарубіжний досвід взаємодії вищої освіти та ринку праці. Виокремлено ключові тенденції взаємодії вищої освіти з ринком праці та окреслено перспективні напрями використання досвіду ЄС для гармонізації взаємодії вищої освіти з ринком праці в Україні в умовах війни та післявоєнного відновлення.

This indicator is good for area of learning outcomes having only one main factor. Professional standards include a list of professional functions some of them form the main factor in a sense of factor analysis.

Similar transformations occurred with teaching of literature, languages etc. Permission for private schooling was the second important direction of reforms. The period 1992-1996 was the best for businesses opening private schools. The third was academic freedom of teachers and autonomy of schools. New schools were founded ensuring higher quality of education in specific fields. Schools with humanistic profile focused more attention on foreign languages. These schools helped to cover the big gap in learning languages inherited from the USSR. Schools oriented on mathematics, IT, science saved good Soviet practices in teaching those subjects. But the average quality of primary and secondary education wasn't tolerable; it was a key problem. For a long time society had strongly believed that the quality of education was high in Soviet Ukraine and remains the same in independent Ukraine, but international monitoring doesn't support this belief.

The answer is affirmative. E-business degree curriculum based on current degrees and courses is proposed. Some ways of introducing e-business skills training are discussed.

Half education is the spread of culture and art without a living relationship with the consciousness of people, without consequences for their lives. 29 квітня 2022 року виповнилось 75 років видатному українському математику, члену-кореспонденту Н... more 29 квітня 2022 року виповнилось 75 років видатному українському математику, члену-кореспонденту НАН України, доктору фізико-математичних наук, професору, завідувачу кафедри математичного аналізу Київського національного університету імені Тараса Шевченка Ігорю Олександровичу Шевчуку. Ігор Олександрович народився у Києві в родині педагогів у 1947 році. Під час війни батько пройшов з боями від Сталінграда до Берліна. Останні роки життя був директором школи № 32 м. Києва. Мати в останні роки життя працювала начальником управління кінофікації м. Києва. У 1963 році І. О. Шевчук вступив до 10 класу щойно відкритої Республіканської спеціалізованої школи-інтернату фізико-математичного профілю при Київському державному університеті імені Т. Г. Шевченка. У 1964 році став переможцем XIX Київської міської олімпіади з математики, закінчив 11-й клас школи № 92 і вступив на механіко-математичний факультет Київського державного університету імені Т. Г. Шевченка, який закінчив у 1969 році. The article presents a study of quality assurance problems of the National Qualifications System... more The article presents a study of quality assurance problems of the National Qualifications System of Ukraine by reforming the domestic standardization system in the context of its integration into the European Qualifications System. In view of this, three components of the quality system were identified, namely, quality of standardization, quality of assessment and quality of documentation. The study is also focused on issues of legal regulation of the quality of professional and educational standards. In particular, differences in the legal regulation of educational standards of vocational pre-higher and higher education were identified. A certain legal uncertainty in the use of the terms "learning outcomes" and "competencies" and the inconsistency of the use of these terms with the EU Council Recommendations of 2017 and international and national standards were revealed. The study of modern approaches to terminology in the system of qualifications, education and asse... more The study of modern approaches to terminology in the system of qualifications, education and assessment is based on language sources in Ukrainian and English, legal documents of Ukraine and the European Union. The authors argue that in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine and the legislation of the European Union and the view of modern researchers of the purpose of learning, the results of the learning process should be formulated in terms of learning outcomes, not in terms of competencies. Competence in this sense means a person's ability to apply learning outcomes to achieve certain goals. The strict separation of learning outcomes and competencies has been confirmed by ISO standards and the new version of the European Qualifications Framework (2017). Learning outcomes should be interpreted much more broadly than the amount of knowledge and skills, they may include values, attitudes and so on.
