The International Association for Trusted Blockchain Applications (INATBA) is proud to host the State of Play – Global Policy Forum, a high-level event designed to bring together regulators, policymakers, and industry leaders to discuss the regulatory and global policy challenges shaping the future of digital assets and tokenization.
As a landmark initiative, the Forum will provide an exclusive platform for in-depth dialogue on the implementation of the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA) across EU Member States and its implications for the Single Market’s competitiveness. The event will also extend its focus beyond Europe, exploring global trends and collaboration opportunities with leading non-EU jurisdictions.
This premier event will be followed by the 3rd edition of the INATBA Awards Gala, celebrating excellence in blockchain and digital assets.

This Forum is uniquely positioned as the sole event bringing together National Competent Authorities (NCAs), global regulators, and industry leaders to discuss MiCA implementation and its broader implications. Under the Chatham House Rule, attendees benefit from an open and trusted environment where real-world challenges and practical solutions are explored, ensuring actionable insights for navigating the evolving regulatory landscape.
The Forum is designed to address the diverse challenges faced by start-ups, SMEs, and large enterprises. By including discussions on compliance, scaling, and market alignment, the event ensures that organizations of all sizes can extract relevant and practical takeaways tailored to their operational realities.
The INATBA Awards Gala extends the Forum’s impact by hosting thematic roundtables during the Gala Dinner. These roundtables are structured to explore specific topics, offering a focused setting for connecting with peers, regulators, and innovators in ways that align with participants’ business objectives.
Attendees gain early access to shared knowledge, ideas, and perspectives from key regulators and global leaders. While the event fosters a broad understanding of compliance and market dynamics, INATBA members benefit from tools and resources to further their engagements. Participation also enhances credibility and visibility in industry-wide conversations shaping the future of blockchain and digital assets.
