2 months, 3 weeks - In today's Daily Fix:Call of Duty: Black Ops 7's launch likely isn't going the way Activision would have hoped, at least in Europe. Via The Game Business, the European launch of the game saw 63% fewer copies sold compared to competitor Battlefield 6. It's also down more than 50% against last year's Black Ops 6. Game Pass subscriptions have not been taken into account as Microsoft has not provided that data. In other news, Charlie Cox doesn't want any of the credit for his performance as Gustave in Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, even as he's nominated at this year's The Game Awards. Cox would prefer the accolades go to mo-cap artist Maxence Cazorla. And finally, despite what the internet is saying, Naughty Dog's Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet very likely won't be out in 2026, and probably won't have presence at The Game Awards next month, either.

11 months, 1 week - In today's Daily Fix:A report from Windows Central details Microsoft's next-gen Xbox plans, and they include not only a new console, but two handhelds, one of which is due later this year. Microsoft has yet to comment on the report, but some of the details do line up with what Xbox's Phil Spencer said at IGN Live last year, that the company won't have its own handheld ready for at least a couple of years. In other news, Naughty Dog's Neil Druckmann spoke with filmmaker Alex Garland about the upcoming sci-fi game Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet, and how religion plays a big role in the game's story. 1 year, 2 months - Take a look at the trailer for Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet, a brand-new sci-fi IP developed by Naughty Dog. Players will be transported to a world set thousands of years in the future. Intergalactic puts players into the role of Jordan A. Mun, a dangerous bounty hunter who ends up stranded on Sempiria – a distant planet whose communication with the outside universe went dark hundreds of years ago. Jordan will have to use all her skills and wits if she hopes to be the first person in over 600 years to leave its orbit. Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet is coming soon to PlayStation 5 (PS5).
