Suddenly Last Summer Weekend
I'm sitting in the JFK Airport, my flights been delayed.
My weekend was really good. We stayed at a grundgy hotel in Chelsea, very cheap and was do-able for the weekend. I walked all around Chelsea and Manhattan and had such a good time. Never walked so much in life, my thighs are still achy.
I LOVE CHELSEA
Saw the play Saturday night. It was short, only 90 minutes no intermission. The set was quite elaborate, the theater itself was nice and intimate there were no bad seats in my opinion.
The cast was good. I enjoyed Carla C., she did a great job. Blythe Danner annoyed me a bit. The people playing the mother and brother I liked them alot especially the brother.
As for Gale, he did a great job. From what I know about the character he played he was dead on. He was so comfortable up there. I wish to see him in a more meatier role so hopefully he will continue with stage work. As for his appearance that man is sex walking in very sexy shoes. Never knew I had a thing for 1930's clothing but damn if Gale is wearing it it looks good. He put on a little weight and he wears it well. He actually looked younger to me on stage, on Vanished he looked older. Yes, he 's beautiful and yes I'm smitten. We didn't stick around for autographs did want to invade him that way.
If he does another show, I am so there!
