Time, needs and wants of today’s generation are always changing the demands and expectations of the travelers.
they want something new, nowadays it happens that the travelers want to go to those places where they can get silence a place which is beautiful at daytime as no one seeks to visit at night so why don't we bring this concept into a reality as night tourism really brings something new and enhancing for the traveler as we knows that most of the human activities are quite in night and the silence in the air which connects everyone to the nature, its beauty and its peace.
This new concept has the potential to unravel a whole new field for the future of tourism in Indian states that would not only help the travel industry, but could lead to increase in awareness among the people of the environment and most importantly the measures to implement this concept could help in educating the local public about how to behave with the tourist
we should see this idea in a tourism field, travel at night as the travelers can do various touristic activities like night walks, night photography, night riding, night cycling, night shows/concerts, pool parties, night fair, culinary tourism at night, star gazing, bonfires, monument visit, boating at night, night market, wildlife safari, theme choral and an uncountable number of interesting activities.
Dr. Saurabh Dixit nodal officer. IITTM said that,
"Night tourism has so many possibilities and one of them is night market, it starts from 12 am and ends at 4 a.m. this concept is popular in Honkong, Singapore, Thailand and a number of countries. Night tourism is famous for its handicrafts, astrologers, mock tails, cocktails, and DJ's. Night tourism at the beaches and seashore is terrific at night because of high tides and temperature is low at coastal sides so tourist at the sites and enjoy, example in Goa, India.
Few examples are watching Tajmahal at full moon night, host house in Ranchi, boating at night at Bhedaghat, Jabalpur; customize activities at night at Jai Vilas Palace, music activities at night march in Manali".
The Vision is to create new doors to Tourism sector in India which a greater opportunity to develop the nation as a whole.
