Step 1:

Click the Subscribe Button in the top left or the Video at the bottom and fill out the form to set up your free profile.

 

Step 2:

Login with your new username and password and upgrade to a Franchise Membership for $40.00 and show your reciept and username at the door for club membership and entry.
