Solution and problems are interwoven each other's but problems are seen well and solution are in hidden. What is the main reason to be so? There are ample ideas and perspective in this regards. However, we are trying to get emancipation from the bondage of problems for the solution of existing intricacy. There are always two aspects in development.Challenges and changed which are the key for the exploration news strategies for the burning problems. If there is equal emphasis on two aspects together there is great possibility in setting new concept by overcoming complication. Whatever we say and express, education is the best tools for creating favorable situation to meet the demand and requirement of time. It means time is great which promotes people to explore and search standard ideas as the need of situation. Moreover, time has multifaceted nature which can bring a lot of opportunities and challenges simultaneously.Therefore, we must recognize both of them together then develop strategies learn from opportunities and apply in finding solution. If times and tides comes together, there is apparent ideas brought by time to get safety from tides. We just see tides means complication and tools are in hidden that are nature of common person. Positive thinkers always sees solution for both of them in same times and be always in happiness that is the huge power which drives whole body smoothly in finding right option from proper application of mind. However, there are serious questions that we hardly meet such personality around us rather anxious, negative thinkers are moving around us which are good examples to justify the person who has invisibility in every step. As the same, education is travelling fast and rapidly round us that has been creating double opportunities as Challenges and changing which are extremely emphasis on seeking and exploring meaning of development otherwise, the speed development is ceased and human race is in barred due to hindrance of using right things for
