New professionals special interest group organizes a short reading-flashmob today in the afternoon at Wroclaw’s main square, the Rynek.
We will appear on the Rynek, read a few paragraphs aloud and stand still during one minute while two of the New Professionals capture pictures and videos of the event to post it on social networks. Then we move a bit!
If you want to participate, here are the instructions:
– come around 2:45 pm near the Rynek
– at 2:50, start walking to the part of the square that is in front of the Dolnoslaska Biblioteka (Lower Silesia Public Library) without talking to anyone
– take a book from your bag (or a mobile phone from your pocket: reading is not only about the device, is it?) and start reading aloud if possible, in your language (stand still)
– at 2:55 stop reading and follow Katia’s moves!
– at 3:00, when the bells ring, stand still in the position of your choice during one minute (try out silly, or drama, or serious, or happy… as you feel)
In case of heavy rain, the flashmob will not happen. Otherwise, it will because we are ready!
