Kanban

Kanban is a system for controlling the logistics chain from a production point of view. Kanban was developed by Tahiti Ono, at Toyota, in order to achieve and maintain high levels of efficiency.

In the if.team service, the Kanban function is available via “Tasks” → “Kanban”:

On this page, there is a task board presented in the form of cards organized into several columns based on their status.

Kanban features include:

– swift status changes for tasks by dragging and dropping the card with the mouse cursor;
– visual monitoring of project progress, providing a clear view of advancement;
– full functionality of search and filters to streamline task management;
– rapid transition to individual tasks for further viewing, editing, status changes, etc., achieved by clicking on the task title;
– convenient access to the “Add task” option by clicking on the “+” sign located to the right of the column header.
