Filters

The filter is a convenient, reliable, and exceptionally fast tool present on almost all main pages of the service, significantly simplifying both the search process and analytical work.

The set of filter components varies depending on the tab.

For instance, in tasks, the filter includes “Project”, “Responsible”, “Status”,  “Task Manager”, “Priority”, “Deadline.” Meanwhile, in Payments, the filter encompasses “Project”, “Status”, “Payment date”, “Expected date”, “Recipient”, “Method” and “Comment”.

It is easy to guess that this set of fields is formed based on the columns of the tab.

Implemented options are displayed next to the filter.

To cancel one specific option, press the cross 1️⃣, and in order to clear all set options at once, press the “Reset all” button 2️⃣:

💡 Take note! The filter does not include a confirm button. Results are instantly displayed after selecting a specific data filtering condition. To process the received data, click the “Filter” button again.

💡 Unlike the “Search” function, “Filters” do not reset the filtering results when changing the tab, page, or company. Even after logging out, the filter settings will be retained. The applied filter will continue to display the data until it is canceled using the corresponding function (“Reset all” or the “X” mark).
